Box arrived damaged and parts were missing I sent a picture of the damaged box and told them what part was missing. This was not good enough for the claims department they wanted me to send them pictures of everything in the box. Guess what I had already mounted everything I could to my truck and was just needing the hardware kit for one plate. So I explained again what part I needed and felt like I was being treated as a thief. It's a couple dollar hard ware kit wtf don't worry I went and just bought what I needed and will not be purchasing for you again because of it. All I wanted was what Is mine. But whatever. It's done and over now.

I actually wanted to cancel the order in less than 12 hours after placing it but was informed it had already shipped. I wasn't terribly pleased with that, but I can't fault them for being on the ball with the delivery time. My purchase was well-packed and delivered when promised and the customer service rep with whom I spoke was very nice.

Dash mat for a 2017 Cascadia Freightliner does not work, the defrost holes are in the wrong place. The 2017 has them centered on the dash and the mat that was sent has 4 of them along the bottom of the mat therefor blocking any air flow from the defroster vents
