The shipping was a little confusing. I ordered a winterfront with included hardware, and it shipped out from 2 locations, but I only received one tracking number. I emailed customer support and they were very helpful in getting the second tracking number. I'm very pleased with the response time, and with how helpful everyone was. I'll definitely order more from you when the time comes
