I used this website for ordering through staples. It took a long time before they posted it to my account. I contacted them for my cash back. They giv eme credit but then took it away. Don't understand why they are so messed up. Also, they do not respond to you after 2-3 days. I still like mr. Rebates better. I am also using swagbucks.com which is good.

This site, although ships as stated,, had popups (never clicked) which will start charging on my credit card monthly, useually 9.95 a month or 12.95 a month for some useless service never authorise or approved. Amex will block the site if you catch it. Watch your bills. The bogus companies usually out of CA will say you autherized the service and all they can do in to stop futher charges. ( I always canceel popups if they are not blocked by my broozer)

Love this site- I get money back quarterly for purchases I normally make online. If you do a lot of online shopping this site will earn you some cash back. Earn a percentage of you purchase back each quarter, then they send you a check!

Ordered Video Player, paid full in advance by only method they would accept... MY BANK CARD. Two weeks later item not arrived. Then seller says item unsatisfactory & will reimburse. PriceMinister then, instead of sending funds back by cheque, they send funds by International Direct Transfer to my Bank who charge me 6GBP for the transfer. PriceMinister knew this would happen! So if there is a chance of any disputes over the purchase, STEER CLEAR of PRICEMINISTER, coz YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. No e-mail or interface with them, although they send you a lot of e-mails, mainly after the fact. I went to the french site, ordered a book. They charged my card. Then 2 days later, they said we're sorry, the seller cancelled. They said but you haven't been charged! But I had been. I am dealing with that, and the fact that they are overseas with ZERO customer service contacts. Crap. Hate the layout, hate the experience, now have a problem on my hands. Before ordering this round, they had also pulled this before, processing the order, then it was unavailable; only this time my card was debited.
Not emotional, but I think I can honestly say stay away. Shop elsewhere.

buy.com is one of my favorites. Have been buying from them for about three years. There prices are usually very competitive, web site is easy to use, but their customer service stinks. When you place your order make sure your shipping address is correct. Have received all orders in good condition and exactly what I ordered.

Used this site quite ofthen. Normally sells products cheaper then other sites. Most items are shipped by 2nd party vender and always got what I ordered within a week. Nice alternative to Amazon which I use as well when I can't find it on here.

Buy.com is horrible with cancellations!
I ordered a bag on Sunday night. Realizing it was the wrong one, I called in the next morning thinking it would be easy to cancel because it said it would ship in 3-5 business days. I had to put in my number and they called me. They told me they were not able to cancel and basically I had to send it back when it came... and it was supposed to ship on Wed! Then the link to have them call me disappeared so I couldn't talk to anyone else. So I had to pay shipping again to send it back and I'm out about $15 on this stupid bag I didn't want!

They have a lot of stuff, but service is horrible. I'll never shop there again.

So far so good. They seem to have a good variety of stores I shop online with. I have to wait three months to see if I indeed get the money, but I like the idea. I will fill you in more if/when I get the rebates. It is easy to use, but any shopping you do must go through their page, which I uippose can at times be a bother.

The first time I ordered from buy.com, everything was cool. I placed my order, sent them a check, they sent me my stuff, and all was well. The second time I ordered, I placed my order, sent my check, waited for weeks... only to receive an email stating my order had been cancelled. No reason was given for this. I received my bank statement... the check I sent cleared the bank. They kept my money but sent me nothing. I had to call for my refund. I never did find out why my order was cancelled. I have never ordered from them again and will stick to Amazon.

Daily Deals, can be steals, watch what you are bidding on they do stand up for honoring what they sell, contacting them is a deal and a half, so go through the Main Place and Get Buyer Protection.

This was one website I thought was too good to be true -- boy was I wrong! Simple, up front, and no extra "paperwork" to be used. You simply log in to the ebates.com website and select where you want to shop (lands end, barnes and noble, coldwater creek, drugstore.com, etc) and the site launches your shopping site. Any purchase you make from the shopping site is credited to your account. 4 times a year you are sent a check based on the amount of accrued dollars in your account.

Each shopping website sets its own % rate on rebates (they range from 1% - 30%) and can change during the year based on specials. You do receive emails telling which websites are running specials (during ebates birthday week last year, many websites doubled their rebate %). Another really nice feature of ebates.com is that they list current coupon/promotions for their websites also so you can launch your website, use the online coupon, and get your % rebate with one click!

It is well worth checking out the list of included vendors -- there are hundreds! Very popular well-known ones! The checks cash just fine and I love getting paid for places I online-shop anyway!

Often cheap, but at a price. They are not forth coming about many details such as obsolete products. If you do get a dud. You will encounter a lot of resistance from them in making it right. Be prepared to spend on shipping costs, long waits for repairs by a third company and often unsatisfactory results. Be VERY cautious when offered free shipping. They sometimes accepted my order without giving me a chance to opt for the free shipping, then charged me what I thought was inflated shipping costs. Not a company that you should trust. They do not freely make a phone no for you to call if you need to. That should tell you something!

My experience with buy.com is very good, I purchased a new router for my computer for almost half price and it was delivered within a week. The service is very good but the price is why I bought it, just shop around, sometimes you can find a better deal in a local store.

I order a certified refurbished IBM T43 laptop. The laptop arrived and the battery wouldn't charge beyond 23% and the wireless card wouldn't connect unless I was sitting right next to my router. Really... if I was 10+ feet away it wouldn't connect. I guess by "certified" they meant certified worthless. I returned the laptop for replacement and it took them forever to send me a replacement. I received canned email after canned email every time I requested status of my replacement. They finally sent me a replacement after filing a complaint with the BBB and threatening to report the transaction to my bank as fraud. buy.com will never see another dime of mine.
Another something interesting, I posted a review of the laptop on their site explaining the issue I had with the battery and network card. It was there for a few hours and then they removed it. Let me be clear, there was no profanity, no vulgarity, nothing offensive in the review. I merely explained that the battery wouldn't charge and the network card wouldn't connect. So you can't trust the product reviews because apparently they remove them unless you're raving about the product.

They were uninterested in my report of non-delivery and resolving the missing shipment in a timely fashion. I have received the same form letter from multiple Buy.com CSRs. In the end I was forced to file a claim through PayPal and at this time it is not clear if I will receive a refund despite non-delivery of the product. My correspondence has remained polite and respectful, despite receiving the same form letter multiple times. My advice is avoid this etailer as their low pricing is made possible by unresponsive sales support and non-delivery of orders. On average I make 100 online purchases in a year, I have received better and more engaged support and order resolution from every other online store I have purchased from. Stay away

I have been a member since 2001 and have averaged about $100 a year in rebates that are paid out 4 times a year in the form of "Big Fat Checks" (my choice), have your rebates transfered into a Paypal account or donate to your favorite charity if you wish.
Free to register, free to use. All 100% free, no upfront money, nothing.
I never shop the 'net without going through Ebates first!
