I love this site, especially since i can get cash back shopping in stores as well as online. So far no problems. Always get an email that tells me how much i've earned right after i've made a purchase.

I got spammed.It's really annoying to get spams all the time! There is concern over the leakage of personal information. I don't recommend RAKUTEN.

Nice to Get Money Back for Shopping!

They ask you to refer family members and co-workers and then they close your account and keep all your money because you refer family members, who share your last name and co-workers who have company email accounts... Like umm what? Then they keep all your cash back that you've earned... they literally owe me over $300 and its just gone now because of their incompetence.

I enjoy having opportunities to save more money with coupons, sales, special cashback promotions and finally a quarterly cashback check. It's easy and amazing.

Easiest cash back site to use and receive payouts. Their browser extension automatically alerts you to coupons and available cash back. Payouts are automatic and regular. A+ service.

Ebates will not credit you back for most of your purchases blaming it on the merchant not getting back to them and pretending they do not see a copy of your order until the merchant decides to share with them.

I looked through my records an cannot find anything I purchased on the above Order ID or date.

Perhaps this is someone else's purchase???

However, all above aside, I have had no problems shopping through Rakuten and enjoy receiving the ebates from them through the purchases I make.

I prefer to use Rakuten over most other cash back apps because I know how well is works and it is quick at adding cash back to my account.

Rakuten (eBates) is great savings tool. Use it every time you shop online! I've saved so much money!

Every time I'm able to go through Rakuten to a site from which I purchase something, pennies fall into an account and go to my Paypal account. It's like getting a tip for shopping.

Cash back on purchases is great! If you are shopping online anyway why not get cash back while you are at it.

I find it as easy to use as Ebates was. I srill get my check at the end of the time as always and it has a wide variety of stores/vendors who use this system when I shop online.

My cashback NEVER posts even though the chrome extension is activated. I have to go through the missing cash page and then it still doesn't post! Worse since it changed from Ebates!

You get paid for buying things you were already getting anyway. It's easy and it's a no brainer. For some reason, it says you need 100 characters to post review so I had to write this sentence.

Love being able to shop off line in a real store and earn cash! Wish there were more stores available.

Rakuten has great products and very fast shipping! I have been using Rakuten for several years now, I would not know how to improve this site.

The new name makes no sense at all. When it was ebates and I told people about it they kinda understood it was an electronic rebate type site without an explanation. Now it needs to be explained how it used to be ebates and name changed but still same concept.
