OK. Have not been able to use it very often. Seems like merchants offered don't fit with my shopping need at the time.

I have been a member of (Ebates) Rakuten for a long time. I am pleased with the site and the savings. Many stores I frequently use are members.

I am very pleased with this site. I had been using ebates for a few years and was pleased with them. Please keep up the good work

When I order from various sites, my cash back is always registered in my account in a timely manner.

I think I started with ebates in 2000 or 2002. Long time ago. I have had a few thousand returned to me in check form. Nothing has changed to the site, all seems good, just a new wrapper.

I click the rakuten box but then I never see that I got anything for the items purchased NOT GOOD sorry don't what else to say

Rakuten's cash back rewards are ALMOST perfect except for the fact that I NEVER receive my reward for my hotel stay. I always have to contact them and it's still a bit of a hassle. That's really the only problem I've ever had.

So easy to claim a refund all you do is click on banner and it is in cart. Will use again and again.

Have had an Ebates account for years and it always worked well (I received my reward. However, since Dec. I stopped receiving any rewards although I purchased many gifts. Recently it looks like it works at least occasionally.

Thanks for making it easy to find rebates while shopping. Simple and quick to use Rakuten's site, and the rebate notifications are great!

I love having the app pop up automatically when I am shopping at stores that use Rakuten. I always use Rakuten when it is available online.

Good, covers most site I visit. Like saving money. Will continue to use when shopping on line. I dont have any thing else to say.

Always available for support, and they deliver as promised! It is awesome to get cash back on things you already buy.

Took card of it right away. No problems at all. I sm just wondering why I continually have to ask for my cash back. Why is it not automatic when I shop?

It is easy to bring up and use. I have not made a lot but helps with shipping or taxes. It is fun to shop at the stores or use for hotels

Rakuten automatically recognizes sites where I can save money and opens. It automatically gives cash back when I complete my order

I always go to Rakuten when online shopping. I had an issue with some missing rebate money and it was handled swiftly and 100% satisfied. I will never shop online without checking Rakuten first.
