Easiest way to earn extra cash$$$$. Simple, simple, simple! It is a no brainer, if you are going to buy online, why not go through their website to earn a little extra cash. They really do send you a check, it is a nice surprise in the mail. :) Highly recommended!
1% cash back or 10% it's always better to go through ebates + you get to use all other regular store coupons and discounts + rewards for referring friends(which you would do anyway)... win win
I emailed a question to customer care hoping to receive a reply in a few days. I received it within minutes 7pm on a Saturday. Rachael was polite, helpful, and gave A+ customer service.
I had two incidences where I had to contact ebates through email. Not only were they prompt, friendly and knowledgable; they fixed my problems both times with no fuss. I love ebates!

Excellent experience. I purchased something from Macy's and didn't see the rebate right away, so I emailed Ebates. Within hours I got a response. Macy's hadn't processed the order yet so that's why the rebate hadn't shown. Great customer service experience on Ebates end.
I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and courteous. I will certainly be more than happy to use their site from here on out and know that they are reliable should I have a problem.
Poor and unacceptable service. I purchase from several online companies and have never had such problems. The customer service is a waste of time. I placed an order (as a gift to a family member) on early Wednesday. That afternoon I received an email stating Rakuten needed me to authorize the ship to address and wanted me to "add" the address to the bank, then reply to Rakuten with the confirmation of doing that along with a contact number for the bank. I did. Late Thursday they emailed to say they still were unable to get confirmation from the bank. The bank said they had received no follow up call from Rakuten.
I then emailed Rakuten again and requested they address the situation properly, again reciting the information they needed. On Friday late they sent me another email indicating they still needed information and confirmation from the bank.
A that point I referred to all our previous correspondence and one phone call, requesting they resolve their issue and ship the item by Monday or else cancel the order.
Not surprisingly, they called me Monday late morning to advise they still needed their authorization department to take the steps necessary and could not guarantee when the item would be shipped. I cancelled and placed the same order with Amazon.
What a waste of time.
Mind you, I place online orders at least 6 times a month, sending to various recipients, and never had such an issue.

Kudos to Ebates for great customer service! Emailed thinking I had not received a rebate check I was expecting. Received a reply within a few hours that my problem was being investigated. Within a day, received an update that the check had in fact been deposited into one of my accounts. Found out my husband had opened the mail and deposited it. Incredibly fast response to my query by Ebates.
I started out having a bad experience, but quickly ebates made it a positive one. I bought a deal through groupon…and groupon transferred met to ticket master where i actually purchased the deal. So with so many different sites and now actually purchasing this deal on a third party site. I was unable to get my cash back. This was a big purchase for me (over $400) and groupon cash back was at 6%. I emailed ebates…we went back and forth a couple times. And they gave me my credit! I think this was something that hasn't happened before. But they went ahead and gave me my cash back! Great customer service!
Ordered a few times from this company advertised merchandise and fantastic service and shipping.
Trouble logging in with PayPal was my problem. I turned it over to Ebates Customer Service and couldn't be more pleased with their immediate response and their success in solving my problem. What a pleasure to do business with Ebates!
