I've been a happy Ebates member for over 10 years. I always click though Ebates when making purchases online and have an earned a significant amount of cashback. On the very few rare instances I've had to contact customer service, they have been extremely quick, professional, and helpful. I really like Ebates and am thrilled with the cash back and great customer service I've always received. 5 stars all around!

I always have the best experience with Ebates. First of all, I got a free $10.00 gift card when I first signed up and earned cash back through them. I get a check sent every few months in my mail, never had a problem depositing it. Whenever my cash back is not awarded, I just reach out to customer service and they have ALWAYS been able to resolve my issues. One time I did something wrong, so I wasn't supposed to receive the cash back, but as a one-time courtesy, they credited me anyway!

I tried to use Coupon Cabin recently for a different purchase because they advertised a higher cash back for a purchase I was going to make. It backfired on me, I ended up not getting anything at all! I wish I would have just stuck with trustworthy Ebates instead.

Also, their Ebates Cash Back Button makes it soooo easy to earn cash back, you'll never forget to!

I completely agree with previous reviewer, she expressed how I felt with the shopping experiences via Ebates. Any issues I had, resolved within very short time frame. I was very pleased to be referred by my best friend four years ago and never regretted. Sometimes we even get better promotional offer/deal exclusively for Ebates members only. Its also a safe way to help track my shopping habits and routine. Its easy to use via any web browser such as Chrome and Safari, maybe try it via App and you are going to fall in love with it.

I have to be honest, I love shopping with EBATES! Yes it's nice to get back $$$ from your shopping, but my latest experience tells me EBATES is an AAA+++ site. Their members' service is fast, courteous and willing to work out whatever your problem might be. I had a glitch in the processing of cash back after putting an order through. I emailed them on a Saturday and by Sunday morning, the very next day it was resolved. I recommend shopping with EBATES every time! It's the fast and fun way to shop. Through EBATES, it's the perfect shopping experience. Not only is there always a sale somewhere, but you're getting paid to shop too. Happy shopping!

When I purchased a larger item~over $400 they told me that the amount was attributed to another site. Which is complete nonsense there was no other site no other coupons. Just lies to get out of paying anything. So go ahead receive tones of spam from using their site as long as you only plan on getting $. 03 on your $20 purchase because any large amounts they claim that it is not registered with Ebates. Plus every time I make a purchase EVERY single time in order to get the money I have to put in a claim that I never received it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with Ebates.

Here was written my positive feedback which I wrote in November 2017 and I deleted it. After the first purchase, they asked me to leave a review here, although I still did not receive any money, but I saw them in my account. I bought a few things online in Black Friday 2017. And I still have not received a $ 41 cashback. Now August 15,2018. I live outside the US and here I could not cash in his check. I advised my friend to register for Ebates. And they did not send money, they still reduced my cashback by $ 25 and his 10 dollars. At first they had information on the site that I would receive money in February 15,2018, when February 15 arrived they updated the information on April 11,2018, then May 2018, and then August and now in my account I have $16 instead $41. I do not recommend to register there, and I'll try to delete my profile from there.

I had purchased a pair of glasses; however, I had to send them back because they were giving me a headache. I had to send them back and get another pair. If anyone knows prescription eyewear is expensive. Needless to say, I sent them back and Ebates would not give me my % of the money. The eyewear cost over 700.00 dollars. I contacted them and they told me too bad. I am an online shopper and I was disappointed by the lack of customer service.
