Customers frequently highlight the service's effectiveness in reconnecting with old friends and obtaining accurate contact details. This website gathered a bunch of MIXED info and made up a complete FALSE profile
For me and won't remove it! They LIE and even though I've emailed them Multiple times they send a generic reply and are of NO assistance. The information is FALSE, misleading and they mix you with anyone with the same name not replicable AT ALL.
Requested that Radaris remove my PII immediately as it is a major violation in my state. The replied back with "In order to facilitate your request, you will need to identify the specific personal information related to you, and provide proof of your identity along with current ***(STATE)*** residency status." This is illegal in itself where they are requesting PII and information before removing your data from their website. Why would I give them further information?! I will be reporting this website to my state's department of justice. Also other legal avenues to get my information off their website!
Hi Kavia,
We would be happy to help you remove the information, but we need to know what the information is.
Please contact us directly and we will find a way to resolve this.

All you get in your 'complete background check' is a recent address and multiple names of people who have lived in the same place or who might be related (90% of the names are NOT related to the person because I am related to them and I wasn't listed and the others are random people with similar names). It was a joke. When I called they said too bad but no refunds.

Hi James,
I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the information you received.

This is everything available in the public record for your subject.
We would be happy to help you find any additional information you need if you would contact us directly.

They have my profile listed with completely wrong information. My relatives they have listed I've never even heard of! My associates I've never heard of either and they are all over 25 years older than me. They also have myspace info for me and I've never joined myspace in my life! Also have me listed as my name, first and last with an additional last name I have NEVER used! Where do they come up with this stuff? Do monkeys invent it? WTH?
Hi Shannon,
I am sorry to hear this information was so inaccurate.
We have the most complete and current public records available anywhere online, but with hundreds of millions of records, it is impossible to get every profile correct.
We would be happy to help you find the information you need if you would contact us directly.

Radaris has 2 business listings of mine on their website, BizStanding that need to be removed! First, I went through a lot of trouble to have my personal information removed from Radaris. They repeatedly gave identical, dishonest responses: "they are not able to update or remove listings on their website, because these are cached search engine results from other sources " "I will need to update the primary sources " One of the primary sources recommended was BizStanding, which is their own company! It was impossible for me to update the listing on BizStanding, as well as the reason that I was in need of their assistance! I finally got an honest person who did remove my information from Radaris, proving that they're giving false information about being unable to remove listings! I went through the same experience with BizStanding, with the identical responses, claiming that it's impossible to remove my businesses and then they recommended for me to update the primary source (again it was BizStanding, their own company!) the same company that has been refusing to assist me! I explained that if I were able to make the updates, I would not be in need of their assistance! My repeated requests for help have been ignored, even after I explained that I was aware that it's not impossible to remove my listing, since I already heard the identical, false claims from Radaris until one honest person finally did help me! I wasn't fortunate enough to find an honest person from BizStanding to assist! I'd be shocked if someone actually answered the phone and I was shocked after wasting an entire day that one person from Radaris was willing to help me! If I could have found an honest person from BizStanding, I would not need to be writing this review!

I am Canadian, you have a very old photo of me listed and I never gave any permission to do so. My fiance found this on Radaris and believed that I have an active Facebook account that I am hiding from him and I don't. To make matters worse, you have my name and photo linked to 57 dating sites! My relationship is now destroyed over a photo of me from at least 7 years ago or more that I never authorized use of. I am thoroughly disgusted that you used my photo fraudulently on your website.
Now I have to waste my time getting this removed from Google. I am very angry, this is so very wrong on so many levels.
Hi Sherry,
We would be happy to help you remove old information.
Please contact us direct and we will assist you in this process.

I'm 49 and no joke they missed 48+ years. Even if I was 100yrs old and they got everything else right, they're STILL going to turn out half wrong. And the only one they got right, I was only there for 2 months. They only had me at 2 other addresses over my entire life and both were commercial business where I'd never even worked. Best of all, now they're giving me a really hard time about refunding this garbage less than an hour after I trusted them enough to sign up. Safe to assume if they're missing 48/49 years on at least 1 person in their database, then listing businesses as residences-? Well sign up to find out how many years of your life they're missing! Great background check for a new date or babysitter right?!
Hi Ally,
I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the information you received.
Radaris repeatedly proves to have the most accurate and current information available, however, with more than 300 million records, it is impossible to get them all right.
We would be happy to help you find the information you need if you would contact us directly by phone or email.

I purchased a membership that was supposed to be unlimited and now all the sudden they're telling me that there is a limit of 60 a month. I have read all the fine print in the terms and conditions and I can't see anywhere where it says there should be limitations on it and I'm not in violation of any of the rules. Now I have asked him three times in two separate emails where can I find the information that states there are limitations and I'm not receiving a response. I tried to report to the Better Business Bureau but I can't because I don't know their address. But I will figure it out and I will be filing a complaint for false advertising

... And the you have to beg them and send them emails, etc, etc for them to remove it. And they still don't remove it!
If you work at Radaris and you ever read this, please do yourself a favor and quit this disgusting organization. It's more honorable to wipe the feces off Taco Bell bathroom walls than to work at Radaris.

Before I paid the $34.78 to see my report, I checked their 'Sample Report'. It had a 'Summary' section that had the key information I was looking for along with a lot of data you can easily fine doing a few Google searches.
After paying the $34.78 and getting my report, it was missing the 'Summary' section. When I emailed to complain, they said the '(sample) report is dated August 15,2014'. That didn't make me feel any better and I don't think their customer support really cares because they got their (my) money.
Best advice, don't waste your money on Radaris.com.

They said they would return my money that Paypal sent on automatic payment. I had cancelled the service with one day and never used the service but was still charged. They said they would give a full refund and now they are not holding up to their agreement. I have emails stating this from customer service. I'm filing a claim if I don't get some results

Went through the process and Radaris would periodically indicate I would be supprised at what report would depict and that it found the party to have assets of $300k. When report was reviewed only contact info and possible relative info provided. Our county web site had multiple arrest records, Radaris none. Almost all Radaris info provided could be found via google search. Do not waste your time and money.
Hi TT
I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the information you received.
Many counties do not release their full records to companies. We do our best to have the full public records, but with hundreds of millions of people, it is not possible to be 100% complete.
Please give us a chance to help you. Contact Radaris directly by phone or at the email below so we can help you find the information you need. Often there are multiple reports on the same person and one of these may have what you are looking for.

When you call the number or email them, there's never any response. They have over 200 complaints with the BBB. Good luck getting your info removed from them, they are not even in the US as stated by the BBB. Their site says my info has been removed. See below, it has not. And my age listed on their site is wrong. It's 5 years older than my actual age. Incorrect info that you cannot get removed.
Hi Tish,

I have been attempting to have my information removed and they are requiring me to "create an account" to remove my information - instead of just taking it down.
