Radaris has garnered a generally positive reputation among users, particularly praised for its ease of use, speed, and the breadth of information available for finding individuals and businesses. Customers frequently highlight the service's effectiveness in reconnecting with old friends and obtaining accurate contact details. However, concerns regarding the accuracy and timeliness of the information persist, with many users noting that some data can be outdated. Overall, while Radaris is seen as a valuable tool for research and contact finding, there is room for improvement in data accuracy and updates to enhance user satisfaction.

I filed a BBB complaint and Radaris is FINALLY out of business and has filed bankruptcy. I hope they get their b@! S handed to them. Here's hoping their site goes down promptly, and that the other data-whoring sites all implode as well.
Please tell me how to get my information out of Radaris.com. I've called them several times. They have the wrong information about me. I have threatened them with a violation of my privacy, etc. But they never respond. This is the only website that gives me these problems. I've dealt with all of them and they've responded positively. This site doesn't have a directory you can write to, their reply emails are all pre-written, there's this person Daniel who writes you back that seem to not exist AND they never answer their phones. Is there a way to shut them down or complain about them because they are violating all the rules!
They won't remove my contact information even though they are the only site that posts it. Would people be interested in boycotting them and people who allow them to advertise? Would people be interested in suing them? I hear that they have their servers outside the U.S. to get around the laws.
For quite awhile now, I've been calling and writing numerous e-mails to Radaris to request a removal of my personal information from their website. My calls were never answered. I received a reply once from customer service saying to use their automatic removal feature or to fax them the information to be removed. Their removal feature only removes partial information. The information I faxed or e-mail them was never removed, instead it was added on to the profile. I feel this company is a fraud and scam. Their opt-out is just a scam to try to get people's information to verify the information.
This website won't let you remove your full name, age, or city (including previous cities) After contacting their support they reply that due to numerous responses they are unable to help with removal but they will email you when they began to offer a new way to control your information which is coming soon (no date given) The only thing you can do is remove up to three other links that may or not be related to you. Unfair and shady!
The worst, they refuse to remove your information. They say they must include everyone's name and age. However, the CEO Gary Norden does not list his age and gives a fake address and phone numbers. He appears to be a hypocrite and a coward.
I have been trying to have information removed from Radaris.com, and they are completely non-responsive. They even have inaccurate resume information up on the site, which is really aggravating. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I don't know how much that will help.
Excellent website. I've got info about my classmates I've seen last time about ten years ago so we can meet:-)
Radaris has over 100 complaints with the BBB! To quote Radaris: "Find out who you're dealing with before it haunts you." Their real address is 34 Washington St., Ste 201, Wellesley, MA *******. http://www.bbb.org/boston/business-reviews/information-bureaus/radaris-com-in-newton-center-ma-*******/
I have tried to have my information removed, for my protection, on several occasions. I have been told that they have to review it, over and over. Yet, no one actually removes it. They even have my resume information which I've only share on one site. This has to be a violation of my privacy rights. If anyone knows of a good consumer rights/consumer law attorney, please let me know. Thanks for listening.
