This website does not show correct information and I cannot opt out because they do not allow it. Once your information is on their site, right or wrong, it stays. I hate it!

This company doesn't provide what they claim they will give you for information. I had more information than them.

I have been contacting them every two months, They have been given notice to keep my personal information off. Now they want more information for you to control your own information that was suppose to stay removed. I had slaking, harassment and other problems. I have tried to contact them by email and phone. I do not get the results needed. I have written a review before about them on here and still they have continually without my permission keep putting my private information. I do have have an attorney. I will be looking into suing them for damages.

$^&^*^& I'm pissed.
March 12, 2015

I'm so pissed about this site.
I never knew how some thugs relate to my spouse found my new address. Then later found out it's through this site.
I had to move to new location.
Other sites remove all the information when you make a request but not this site. Radaris play with our life.
I would make it NO STAR if possible.

Great Resource

Using Radaris to find out who was moving in next door was very helpful. The report offered detailed information about the new homeowner moving in and really gave me peace of mind.

(writing for a friend) I am completely exasperated with Radaris. Radaris is the absolute worst people search site in existence for opting out. And, as mentioned below by another reviewer, they publish a customer service phone number - but they don't answer it, EVER.

I also have an urgent question for Jessica: why does Radaris make it IMPOSSIBLE to actually hide all of one's personal information? Radaris claims that you can hide your information, but in fact you can only hide a bit of it. I "own" my profile and have hidden all that I can, but states of residence are nonetheless listed right next to my profile box! Secondly, clicking on my profile leads to a webpage in which age and address information are printed next to my name in the browser tab (and mousing over that tab, located at the top of the window, reveals this information in full). What kind of "hiding" is this?!? I have tried multiple times to get Customer Service to remove all of this information and simply delete my name from their database, but they make up ridiculous excuses that only someone who lives under a rock would believe. Somehow, all other people search sites manage to perform complete deletions - why is Radaris "special"? Furthermore: suddenly, even more personal information for me has suddenly shown up on a COMPLETELY NEW Radaris webpage! NONE, absolutely ZERO, of Radaris' information on me is correct, but their Customer Service reps couldn't care less about displaying garbage information that violates privacy. Jessica, can you please urgently do something about this incomplete "hiding" that really isn't hiding at all?

I am so infuriated with this site! They are continuing to post my info even though I have already asked them twice in the past to remove my info. WTF? Why are they continuing to do this? Radaris is nothing but a huge joke run by the most unethical people who have no respect for the privacy of others.

Last week I requested that you remove any information about myself on your website. Personal information is still showing up on the internet.

I am a Deputy Sheriff. How can you sell peoples personal information and feel that you are doing it safely. You don't know who you are selling it to. THIS IS MY LIFE YOU ARE PUTTING IN JEOPARDY. My family has been threatened JUST SO YOU CAN MAKE A FEW BUCKS. An inmate that is being prosecuted had his family look me up on one of these search sites. NOW THEY ARE OUTSIDE BOYCOTTING MY HOUSE.

I am insisting that you remove any information that you have about me on your site. This includes the people related to this address. I have a right to MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL SAFETY. IT INFURIATES ME THAT YOU ARE BROADCASTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MAKING MONEY FROM IT AND I HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR BECAUSE OF IT.

This is a question/review for Jessica M. From Radaris, who sometimes responds to reviews about Radaris.

Jessica, why can't people opt out of phones.radaris.com? If we can opt out the radaris.com profile, why can't we do the same for the reverse phone directory?

Why, from a customer service/courtesy standpoint, does Radaris make it so difficult and unpleasant for people?

I, and others, would greatly appreciate the ability to opt out of all URLs related to Radaris, not solely the one that Radaris currently allows.

Jessica, would you be so kind as to make this request to management/CEO? The ability to opt out of all Radaris-related URLs would be a great gesture on the company's part. It would say to all that Radaris does, indeed, value it's users' privacy and peace of mind.

It would also dramatically change people's perception of Radaris. The complaints would be few and far between. It would probably boost your business, as well.

Thank you very much, Jessica M.

Please let us know the results of this request.

Sincerely,

Jana R.

THIS IS AN UPDATE:

10/7/14

This is a message to all who may be waiting for a response to my original posting above.

Jessica M. From Radaris did respond to me immediately after my posting. She did so via the private messaging system. I then responded to her response. I am still awaiting her subsequent response and will give her a few more days before I attempt to contact her.

I am hoping that the time lapse is due to the fact that Jessica is waiting for a response from Radaris management and the CEO.

If this is not the case, I will post my response to Jessica M.'s private message. I constructed my response in a way that makes very clear what Jessica's response to my posting was, without my having to obtain her permission to post her side of the conversation.

I do want to give Jessica a little more time before I post it. It may be completely unnecessary, so I'd like to give her the benefit of any doubt.

Jana R.

I am a manager for a large corporation and in my line of work I am sometimes responsible for the unfortunate task of downsizing staff. And some of these former employees have found my personal contact information on this site (Radaris) and as a result I have received numerous threats and countless harassing to myself and my family. The police can only do so much and I have tried several times to remove my personal information from the Radaris web site but to date my personal information remains on this site. I even receive email conformation informing me that the information has been removed but it is obviously a lie because the personal information remains and is easily accessible. This is the only site on the internet I have NOT been able to get my personal information removed from.

Radaris is publishing false information. I repeatedly informed them that the information they were publishing is false, but they did not remove it. The pretext that they continue to use for publishing false information is that the "data is in the public domain". However, in many cases, this is just a case of incompetence on their part. For instance, if two people have similar names, Radaris will conflate them, creating a single profile. Stated another way, they believe that they are entitled to lie, continue lying, defame private individuals, and that they should not be held accountable for their misconduct.

This company, Radaris, went over and above "regular" customer service! They responded Immediately to my questions.
Their website is very easy to navigate even for those of us who aren't very computer literate.
I would certainly refer them to friends who need the type of service they provide and will use them again in the future if needed!
100% TOP NOTCH!

What they are doing is illegal, tired of their run around excuses. FTC is not doing anything about it, they are exposing many people in danger. Any hackers who would like to take care of this will be blessed.
