I only had one person to look up and knew this person had an EXTENSIVE record of arrests, etc, and I thought I was getting a FULL report with all of that, including associates, family members, and so on. For the cost of the ONE TIME report ($19.95) all I got was this person's most recent address. That's all. No report emailed to me, no extended information. What a joke! And no way to get my money back.

I was not expecting much, but the service is indeed great. I found lots of useful information here and I will use it in the future.

This site never considers your feedback, never replies and never removes your information even if you want to. I couldn't think of any more despicable company, and I've dealt with dozens of similar data brokers.

Took my money and gave me no good info that I didnt already know. Use some one else! All they gave me was some addresses'.

All I got from them was addressed known for this person, phone numbers and marital status. Information I already have that can be easily found for free. No background or criminal records. Once I contacted them I was told that they try to get as much information they can but they do not guarantee results. Is a total SCAM. Can't understand how is this company legal. Total rip-off!

I immediately called her and we spent hours catching up on each other's lives. I signed up with this company on the basis of finding complete backround checks. On their website it states that they would provide us with information i.e. Personal, banking, criminal, photos etc... But, unfortunately, they did not. It did not provide any of the criminal background information that we needed. We called them the next day and explained the situtation and they said that their information is based on public records only. And we told them that we know for in fact that there is public criminal record and it did not show up on their report. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there are no managers available. It is a complete joke and a fraudaulant company. They would not refund us the money or have a manger call us back later.

Since then I use Radaris from time to time to check unknown phone numbers that call me & sellers on marketplaces with generous offers. People search works good, better then I would expect from a free version of an online tool.

I called to get off their site. I've emailed. They makes it impossible to be removed. I am not a business and prove "no service" so why would they need my information? I do not wish to have people randomly off the street have the opportunity to find out my personal information. You do not have my permission!

They didn't find the email address I needed, but the report I bought from them showed the correct phone number of my friend. I was able to call her and now we promised to each other that we will stay in touch. Very happy about this.
