I had ordered a few items from Quality Bath when they were having a sale. Ellie had reached out to me since she had noticed I didn't order something that I would have needed to have with the products I ordered. I never expected to have a personal experience when ordering online. She ended up quoting the rest of my project and was so easy to work with. I was able to get the rest of my items ordered quickly and will be sure to use Quality Bath again for future projects.

I have worked with Akiva for one week back and forth. He contacted Herbeau in France. I wanted a specific finish and it was a little tricky but because of the exemplary customer service, Akiva was able to achieve this for me. He was very patient and treated me as if I ordered from him every week. I had many questions and multiple changes, his approach was consistently kind and patient. Lea at Quality Bath provides amazing customer service! My Robern mirror was delivered with the glass damaged on both doors. Due to construction delays on my project, the damage wasn't discovered until months after the mirror arrived. The contractor pointed out the left mirror, which was severely damaged and Lea helped me get a no-cost replacement right away. However, the contractor did not notice a smaller chip/scratch on the right mirror until another few weeks when they went to install. I was worried that due to the additional delay in reporting the damage it would be impossible to get a second door replaced. Lea responded to my email promptly and, lo and behold, was able to arrange for a no-cost replacement. Simply amazing!

A special Thanks for Chaya, I had a broken part of my faucet, thay quickly responded and sent me next day the parts, thanks Quality Beth for your great and outstanding service.

I have been very happy to find this business. Everyone has been very kind, patient and helpful. Added bonus that the prices are lower than their competitors. So far the experience has been great- I feel like I am working with actual people and not a giant corporation. Ellie And Chaya have been great!

We worked with quality bath to furnish our master bath for everything. Josh was awesome to work with! Super quick with responses, very knowledgable and offered great recommendations. Their prices consistently beat other bathroom stores even when these other stores provided "designer discounts". Will be working with them for all future renovations!

I will mention that I contacted two of the three listed online that could help me get a lower price. They did not return my calls. Therefore I would just call the 800 number to begin with.

I found Quality Bath very easy and understanding to deal with, and their representatives were very knowledgeable.

I purchased the wrong product for my kitchen sink and they readily accepted a return and promptly issued a refund. After which, they guided me through the purchase process to ensure that I selected the right accessory for my kitchen sink.

I reached out to QualityBath for help with retuning a faulty faucet. Lea quickly jumped on the case and has been helping me over the last couple of weeks to straighten out my issue. Her response time was very quick, her messages were thorough and clear, and she was a pleasure to communicate with throughout. The items I have ordered from QualityBath have not been cheap and I could look elsewhere to find better deals, but I will 100% continue to order from QualityBath due to the quality of customer service I received from Lea.
