I came upon Quality Bath when I was price checking for a Price Guarantee from a competitor I always used. I see the great price, which was lower than the competitor, then I see a 20% sale. From past experience, I knew the attitude of the competitor drops considerably when there is a price match. I called with some questions and Josh was great. Very knowledgeable. The service received at Quality Bath is the type of service we received back in the 60's. I was very impressed. I place my order for a Franke disposer. It arrived sooner than originally stated and in excellent condition as expected. My only drawback is my plumber is on self-quarantine for covid exposure. THANKS again.

Quality Bath is a bathroom fixture and supply warehouse located in New Jersey. They carry top brands and their prices for the items we wanted to buy were the best we could find. It was easy to get quotes from them and questions answered via email and Chat. We are remodeling our master bathroom and putting in two vanities, a new shower, and a freestanding tub. We purchased a shower system fixture and two vanity sink faucets from Quality. We had issues because the manufacturer had delayed shipment, through no fault of Quality Bath, and "Sari" at Quality Bath was so helpful and arranged for expedited delivery so we could get our plumbing fixtures in time for the contractor to begin the work, which could not start without the shower fixture in hand. Thanks to Sari and Quality Bath, we will get underway starting next week.

I use Quality bath as my go to for Plumbing and bath fixtures. Akiva Pomerantz is always helpful and quick to turnaround information and products as well as suggesting alternatives if necessary.

Purchased the Geberit Wall Tank Carrier from Quality Bath. The unit was delivered on schedule. Upon unpackaging and reviewing components noticed a part that was broken. It was small plastic tab on mud guard box. Called Quality Bath and spoke with Chaya about the broken part. Was told to send in a picture of damaged part. I did. Within a few minutes of sending email. I received an email that the part was ordered and will be shipped directly to my address. Rarely do you get service like this. Truly hassle free. A great pleasure dealing with Quality Bath.

My sales representative Dov Gellis and the people who back him up are the most knowledgable and competent people I have ever done business with. They will always let you know when to expect your products (which in the age of Covid isn't easy to do sometimes), and they will always follow through with an e-mail or call if something is going to change, which it rarely does.

I pride myself on keeping up on the latest products and manufacturers in my field, but the knowledge these people have about the industry is second to none - They are the Pro's Pros, and will continue to get my fixture business.

BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it.

Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you.

Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.

I recently placed a fairly large, time sensitive order with qualitybath.com. Everything was handled correctly but there was a shipping error with one item (an issue with UPS, not Quality Bath). Tammy at QB was extremely helpful in expediting the replacement unit and which was critical for us and our project's timeline. Highly recommended and will (and already have) made additional purchases with them.

I ordered about $10k worth of Waterstone pulls and handles. Wasterstone made an error in sending the incorrect appliance pulls. They sent 3" pulls and not 30" (big difference). QualityBath, did not make the mistake, this was 100% on the Waterstone side, but QualityBath quickly responded to my issue and made it right. They were easy to work with. I will order from QualityBath again.

If there were more than 5 stars this company would get them. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Sari went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I highly recommend this company. Thank Sari for all of your help!

Back in the day, an online soaker tub purchase was not on my horizon. However, thru Quality Bath, not only was there a great selection of tubs, sink, etc. they also offer incredible pricing. However, best of all though was the excellent customer servicing from a young man named Akiva Pomerantz. He was knowledgeable about the products, no pressure, able to work thru my scheduling and very responsive to my questions. He made the purchase easy, to complete while ensuring confidence that I was making the correct decision. Great job Akiva, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
