The price is less than other companies,
But don't buy on it. The charge restocking fee, you pay for the return and insurance if you need to return item for some reason. I won't recommend.

I purchased Hansgrohe faucets and shower head from Quality Bath for my primary bath renovation. The shower head was missing a screw so I contacted Quality Bath.
Tammy responded immediately. She then contacted Hansgrohe directly and Hansgrohe is sending me a new shower head.

Avi helped me with my multiple orders and is literally available 24/7, he responded to my late night 2am emails! He is also very knowledgeable about the products and very personable.
There was one small item that unfortunately I needed to return (no longer needed, it hasn't even shipped yet), and Chaya was able to help me with my refund for that one item. She was very accommodating and kind.

This company deserves 10 stars not 5. We are truly happy with the quality of service we received from them. At first, we were hesitant to order all the materials we needed for our upstairs remodeling project, especially from an out of state company. Quality Bath exceeded our expectations from ordering to delivery.

Akiva was my agent that helped me decide which products work well with my vision and what I wanted to accomplish in my project. He provided me with suggestions and answered all my questions and concerns regarding all products available. He was very knowledgeable with all the brand names. He made it very easy for me to decide what particular brand to order. We ordered the bath tub, jacuzzi, toilets. Sinks, mirrors, faucets, complete shower systems, cabinet pulls, linen closets. Akiva was very patience with me and provided me with superior customer service. He definitely knows all his products.

With regards to warranty and issues with the products, Chaya was our contact person from Quality Bath. She acted quickly and provided me with the time line on when to expect the replacement items. The biggest concern that we had was the bathtub we received
Had a factory defect. There was a resin material that dropped in the lower part of the tub and we did not noticed it until the tub has been installed and ready for use. We immediately contacted Chaya regarding what options we have. Chaya immediately took action to contact the manufacturer and constantly followed up on the status to repair the tub. Although the manufacturer took a month to send someone to our house, we are extremely happy with the results. Chaya did an excellent job coordinating all parties to fix our issue.
Both Akiva and Chaya deserve recognition for doing their jobs above and beyond all expectations. It was a sincere pleasure working with them.

The local business we had do the granite counters and sink in our kitchen had a supply chain issue and we were going to have to wait over a month to complete our project. I googled the model of Blanco sink we needed and found QualityBath.com. Exact sink. Exact color. IN STOCK! I called late on a Thursday and the extremely pleasant and accommodating person who answered the phone ordered it for me in minutes, and I had the sink in hand by the following Monday. Perfect condition. We LOVE the sink and would not have been happy with the substitution we were looking at. QualityBoth.com saved our kitchen project and did it quickly and very pleasantly.

I purchased all of my master bathroom plumbing finishes through Quality Bath and had a great experience! The sales rep, Akiva, was very helpful in answering my technical questions about products and also providing competitive pricing. Also, I found their website extremely easy to search, it helps you filter the millions of options out there into what suits your needs the most. Also, I really appreciate the insightful emails with articles, one of which helped me choose between a thermostatic vs. pressure balanced shower valve. They made the decision making process really easy and enjoyable.

Akiva was extremely helpful by answering all of my questions and then delivered my order on the date promised. This is now my go to place.

Ruthie was so helpful. I had to return one item and I couldn't believe the response. Usually companies are quick when you want to order and slow when there is an issue-not this place they are fantastic and Ruthie is the best!

I ordered 2 cement sinks from quality bath. Unfortunately one was cracked (totally fed ex's fault) Chaya at quality bath has been amazing to work with! I reached out concerning the cracked sink and she responded promptly and fixed my issue immediately! She shipped out a new sink the same day. I will definitely be ordering from quality bath again.

My wife and I purchased a Bain Ultra Elegancia Thermomasseur tub from Akiva Pomerantz at qualitybath.com and we love it! In fact, my son just bought the same tub from Akiva for his new home which is currently under construction. Akiva has been very helpful with quick responses to any questions we have had. Quality Bath is an outstanding company that not only answers your questions, provides excellent customer service, and has excellent products at a competitive price. I spoke to Jack at Quality Bath and not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but actually answers the phone when you call. They will send you a quote for the product in question and then placing an order is just as easy. We placed an order and quickly received our Grohe shower kit. I highly reccomend them!
