I've returned to Quality Bath now a few times because their selection and customer service is top notch. When a recent order was going to be delayed in shipping, Tziporah reached out and helped me figure out an alternative quickly and was SO nice about it. You don't get service like this very often. Will happily order from them again when we renovate our bathroom.

Ellie was so helpful and so patient while helping me with my order. She made ordering a pleasant experience and I plan to reach out to qualitybath.com for future projects. Plus, I saved quite a bit of money!

I am a very particular customer, and spent hours and hours searching for the best fixtures and the best prices for our new home build. I found that at Quality Bath online and purchased all of our plumbing fixtures online from them. Sure, I was hesitant to buy online, but what I received in addition to my quality fixtures was first class service from Mimi in sales and Tammy in customer service. They were more knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with and this is not my first rodeo so I can say this without hesitation - you need not look anywhere else and your business with Quality Bath, and especially Mimi and Tammy will be a great experience!

I have been searching for a particular sink for months to complete our kitchen renovation. Not only did Quality Bath have the item, it was the best pricing by far of any competitor. They assisted with ensuring I had the right drains for both sinks. The items arrived packaged very well and came when they said they would and all shipped for free! I highly recommend this business!

Ordered a Brizo shower/bath set from them, it arrived, but we didn't open it for a good while to install. When we did, we found a couple of pieces missing. I contacted customer support, and no problem, they contacted Brizo and arranged for replacement pieces to be delivered directly to us. It's lovely when a problem is sorted so easily - I've been highly impressed with all my contact with them.

I purchased a very expensive Rohl faucet. I had an issue with the finish. Chaya in customer service was of great assistance to me in getting the matter resolved with the manufacturer. Quality bath customer service and Chaya in particular was outstanding! I will definitely do future business with Quality bath and would highly recommend this company.

I recently completed a primary bath remodel and ordered all of my Brizo fixtures from Quality Bath. They beat all of the comparable websites on pricing, and their customer service is second to none! Akiva helped me so much, from helping select the right plumbing components to complement my fixtures, helping expedite my shipping, and even assisting me in returning items that I ordered incorrectly. I'm an interior designer and have been working with Akiva at Quality Bath for a while now- I have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Akiva is VERY knowledgeable and so freakin helpful, and Quality Bath has great pricing on top quality products. Highly recommended.

On its website it claims that "We guarantee to match our blockbuster Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 13,2022". I trusted them and ordered a bathtub, which then got a much bigger discount on wayfair.com ($500 less than the price I got from QualityBath). But QualityBath refused to match the price, saying it only matches prices on its_own_ website. Cheating!

And I requested to cancel my order before it's shipped, but its customer service agent said it's out of their control because they have ordered it from the factory and I could only return it with 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.

At the time I write this review, the bathtub was just received at FedEx, but not in transit yet. And they don't want to do anything.

I'm going to end up with paying $500 more than I should.

I returned several faucets to them and their restocking charges and no free return shipping is exorbitant...I bought a 1200.00 faucet...and had to return it. It cost me 400.00 to return it. No lie. There prices are good only if you absolutely,,,absolutely do not need to return it. Buy from someone else like Build.com. Quality has good customer service and good prices but if you have to return something you will regret it. '

I bought a bunch of products from Quality Bath while doing a gut renovation of a house. It's been seven years since my purchases, but QB is still readily available to help me troubleshoot issues. Most recently Lea helped with a faucet repair -- she provided their typical great customer service.

Customer service rep Akiva has been incredibly helpful. I've ordered twice, and both times he responded to my inquiries quickly and made ordering easy.

Dina, my sales person was prompt and very knowledgeable for all products inquiries. This is awesome place to buy your materials. However, be aware this place has many unusual holidays to shut off the whole websites and office staffs.
