I've been looking for a medicine cabinet for a master bath remodel and I have a difficult size, and was having a hard time finding what I wanted. Fortunately, I found it in stock at Quality Bath and Akiva was amazing at executing the process for me and my cabinet is on the way! I would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.

Akiva from Quality Bath was prompt in returning my inquiry and provided a fair price for the hot water dispenser. In fact pricing beat Amazon handily. About 25% less. Shipping was fast and I received notifications all through the order, shipping and delivery process. Would definitively do business with them again.

Ordering our sink with pre-drilled holes couldn't have been easier, and the price was far superior. Unfortunately, the manufacturer forgot to drill the holes. Anyway, I worked with Tammy at QualityBath and she patiently helped me get to an excellent solution. Kudos to Tammy and QualityBath. I'll be happy to patronize these folks again!

Found a Hans Grohe product on Amazon. Searched the SKU and Quality Bath popped up with a much better price. Contacted them about delivery times and entered into a chat with Jack Shain. Jack confirmed the lead time and could not resist if there was any better pricing than the already lower price as compared to Amazon. Jack took a few minutes and came back with some additional good news… he secured a slightly better price than their already lower published price. Jack was pleasant, professional and acted as a customer advocate by checking on any better available pricing. He worked within the pricing guidelines of Quality Bath but made me feel a bit better that I was getting the best price possible! Jack is a straight shooter but will go to bat for you as a customer…

I purchased a Robern medicine cabinet for our primary bathroom. Although I looked at multiple websites, I ended up purchasing this product from Quality Bath because Akiva was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and FAST! Quality Bath also had the best price. I reached out about the lead time and Akiva responded within minutes, and then patiently advised me while I finalized my selection. He helped me select the appropriate accessories, too.
