I ordered an Ikon Blanco sink and had originally looked on Amazon but reviews described horrible packaging and a damaged product. I called in and spoke with my salesperson and they assured me the packaging from QualityBath was excellent and he knew exact product I was describing.
Experience by calling in was painless and the product arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner!

Ordered the blanco strainers which are well worth the price. They look upscale. The stopper on the garbage side ic plastic billy the inserts look high end. Customer service was great. They were responsive and helpful. Their prices were better then others. Highly recommend company and product.

I purchased a small part (shower elbow) that inadvertently got thrown out with the box and wrapping it came in. Sol, Sara and Mimi all got involved so that within a week I was able to have an infrequently ordered part from Canada delivered to my door step. Great job by everyone involved!
