This was my second time buying from Quality Bath, and both experiences were wonderful. Dov helped me out both times. He knows his stuff! I knew I wanted an air tub, but I didn't realize how many options there were. Dov patiently helped me whittle down all of the choices to find the perfect tub. I also needed a new kitchen sink, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. (I ordered the tub later, so it hasn't come yet.) I will definitely shop Quality Bath for future fixtures!

I am beyond impressed with Dov and Quality Bath. Not only are their prices competitive, but they are a pleasure to deal with. I did a full gut renovation in NYC. I needed everything! Dov was so helpful guiding me and suggesting product. It took me months to make final decisions and Dov was so knowledgeable and patient during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Delivery has been a breeze, and very organized it coordinating with my NYC co-op (which could be a challenge). Don't hesitate. Buy all your bathroom needs from Quality Bath!

Jack couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I had already placed my order and called to see if any additional discounts were available. Although my Rohl faucets were already at their lowest price, Jack offered me a couple different options as a courtesy to me. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with his service and that of Quality Bath. Couldn't be happier! I've purchased from Quality Bath in the past and will continue to purchase from them in the future. You will not be disappointed dealing with Quality Bath! I highly recommend!

We went though two big box stores trying to get a specific shower enclosure kit and kept having issues. Once I found quality bath I asked for a delivery estimate and Akiva got us a full quote and delivery estimate in under an hour with an easy order link. Someone called to schedule delivery with me 4 days later! Incredibly easy to work with and it ended up being far cheaper than any of the big competitors. We now have a new go to shop.

When one item arrived with a manufacturing defect, Adina got it resolved and a replacement ordered within two days.

I worked with Lea at Quality bath and the support was excellent. There were some parts missing and Lea worked with me to figure out what was missing and made sure I had them shipped in time.

Also, I order a full bath assuming the parts are difficult to get, Lea intervened and advised me that I do not require the full bath but the parts are getting shipped. I have not seen an other online vendor do something like this, in this day of always profits at any cost.

The toilet was exceptionally well priced. I ordered it and was told at the time I placed the order that we would receive it within 5 business days. We are now at day 10, and no one can tell me when it's coming. I have scheduled and re-scheduled our plumber twice. QB's customer service has been great at communicating. They do notify me daily that they are "working on it", but can't tell me when it will ship. Very frustrating and expensive as our bathroom remodeling project and crew is " on hold" doing non-essential busy work as we wait.
