We are undertaking a large kitchen and bath remodel project. We went to a high end supply showroom in FT Myers Fla and picked out what we wanted. When the itemized pre-order details were sent to us, I was shocked at the total cost of the eight items we were ordering. I decided to search for an online supplier who might be able to supply the exact items by manufacturer sku or item number. I found all the exact items and saved about $800 and the experience was outstanding. The customer service folks were knowledgeable and told me what the process would be and when I would expect delivery. They were 100% on the mark. I would definitely recommend Quality Bath. Com to anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice quality of product but wants to pay substantially less.

When we found a small defect in our sink and called the returns department, the Quality Bath Customer Service team was amazing, friendly, responded quickly, and did everything possible to ship us a new sink so that our construction project stayed on schedule. We love the quality of the product and the Customer Service team went above and beyond to provide the best quality service. We will come back to Quality Bath again for all of our house renovation needs.

At final stage of Remodeling kitchen I originally ordered (same) sink from Lowe's. They had to order directly thru manufacturer - Blanco. Long story short, delivery time was delayed several times. I searched online for companys that had sink in stock. Thank goodness I found Quality Bath. They had it and listed the specs to confirm it would fit in my cabinet. The rep, Dov, was exceptionally helpful and understood my need for a speedy delivery. He said (probably) 3-4 business days delivery time- he did better than that. Ordered Fri, got it on Monday! Super happy he was able to deliver so quickly. He was kind enough to ask if I wanted the drain (as it was not included) and sink rack. Thanks a bunch, Dov, for saving me from Shopping for this separately. BTW - price was $40-50 less than Lowe's.

I was on the market for a Duravit toilet and after doing my research, Quality Bath was the way to go for their excellent website, communication and pricing.
Unfortunately errors happen and I received an item that was not exactly the one I ordered. And this became a great opportunity to learn that their customer service is on par, if not better than their other qualities.
Lea from the returns department of Quality Bath listened to what I had to say (we all know that this is not always the case) and did not serve me the cliché phrase " we are sorry for your inconvenience" that usually means there is nothing we are willing to do. Lea said little but did everything that was possible to solve the problem. She did communicate with Duravit on my behalf and the next day she offered me more than one solutions that all exceeded my expectations by far.

I ordered all my plumbing fixtures for my bathroom remodel through Quality Bath. Unfortunately, the sink faucet was back ordered which was going to delay our finishing the project. I called and spoke to Dov. He was so helpful. He was able to find a replacement and two days later it has been shipped and is on it's way. This is the second remodeling project that I have ordered from Quality Bath and they have been so responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

We ordered a Bain air tub through Quality Bath and had the pleasure of ordering through your customer service representative, Rikki. When I found out the tub was not going to be delivered for 3 weeks or more and that this would conflict with my bath contractor's schedule, Rikki stepped in and was able to get the tub in sooner from the manufacturer. Although customer service is absent from so many companies, Quality Bath has an asset in Rikki. It was a pleasure to not only get a beautiful tub, but to get five star customer service as well!
