Pleased with my many purchases from Quadratec over the years on many Jeeps.

Easy order process. Received quickly. Overall good experience

Placed 2 orders. Wanted to cancel the one because item was out of stock (even though website said "in stock") so I was going to order from another place. One order contained fender flares for my Jeep. They sent 2 right rear ones instead of 1 right and 1 left. Also, the hardware didn't equal out (had way too many of one screw and not enough of the other). Spent 3 hours on hold waiting for a human to answer the phone, sent numerous chats through their website, submitted at least 3 emails... all over about a 4 day period. Ironically on the day the order that I attempted to cancel (submitting requests via chat and email) was set to arrive "Gianne" sent me an email stating order couldn't be canceled because it already shipped. "Gianne" did NOT address the incorrect fender flare issue. 3 more days have past and still no response on getting the order correct. Meanwhile I have ordered a left fender flare from another company just so my Jeep looks complete. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend ordering from Quadratec.

Ask being a valued customer for over 20yrs QT will always be number 1 in products, delivery and customer service.

It was easy to find and compare options online and seeing customer images really helped get things figured out.

I placed the order, they filled and shipped the order, I received the order. What more could one ask?
