Always a great ordering experience and super fast shipping.

I ordered 6 items and paid for 6 items 2 1/2 weeks ago. I received 3 items quickly but missing 3 items. Checked the website several times with zero update on status of missing items. Have emailed customer service 2 times with zero response. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. Just emailed customer service a third time. Poor customer service.

I placed an order in the early afternoon (EST) to get same-day shipping for my parts. They didn't process the order until the next day and still took an additional day to ship one of the parts. If one of the reasons people order parts is to have "same-day shipping" so we can allocate time to install those parts and you offer same-day shipping on your website so actively that it's a little splash screen prompting me to cash out my cart you should do it. And don't tell me it's a "security price tag" reason either. You need to process the order and get your warehouse people in line. Don't become 4WD. Extreme Terrain is looking like a nice alternative in the aftermarket space.

Can't complain about the experience of dealing with Quadratec, it was just a bad product.

I had high expectations but got low results.
Quadratec has an amazing reputation and an incredible selection of goodies for my jeep. I've ordered from them in the past with no problem. This time I ordered a high ticket item and they shipped me the wrong one. After trying to contact them three times and getting no reply I finally gave up and it just installed the skid plate lights from Oracle. They look great but they're not the yellow fogs I had hoped for.
