Questionable customer service. I purchased the product online and after a week never received tracking nor ETA. After sending them many emails I received a response that my product would not be delivered until February 1,2023. Despite the fact that they had charged me immediately upon clicking purchase. When I attempted to cancel, they told me they would have to check with the supplier and if they agreed they would refund me. This is not customer service. This is behavior from a company that deals with less than reputable suppliers. Shame on them!
