I received it on time, so I was pretty happy about it. I didn't open it yet, so I hope it's OK when I open it because it's a gift for my husband.

Missing parts, misleading product description.
I'm missing brackets. As well as, at time I placed order the product description says that it comes with all necessary hardware. However it does not mention that you need to have a bed rail already installed.

Overall satisfied. Hopeful the product protects my mew Diver down seat covers.

I enjoy the website and company but there's really not too many options they all seem about the same as well as pretty expensive for a lot of the lighting features and other parts. I was able to find the exact same brands on Amazon for less money.

Shipping was a bit of a mess. I got the order in a respectable amount of time but why did fulfillment ship two small rubber grommets in separate padded envelopes and ship them through two different carriers? There was no reason they couldn't have been shipped in the same envelope and by one carrier. They also arrived days apart.
