I utilized the sales this past black Friday, and selected some Rigid lights and other items that went with the lights as far as covers and safety installation kits that would prevent the lights from being stolen. Everything gets ordered and 3-4 days later I receive an email saying that the vendor no longer makes those lights for the price they had listed, and that if I wanted a comparable set of lights it would be another $600. Meanwhile everything else is sent as far as the covers and installation kits. I ask to send these back and they tell me that there will be a restocking charge to send them back. Stay away from this site as they mislead and when you call, there is never anyone that can answer a simple question. The person that they pan you off on never responds to any emails! A COMPLETE JOKE!
Ordered a 54$ part from them july 9th. Recieved an email saying the part was back order and could take up to 4 weeks to ship. 3 months later i call to see whats going on and they tell me its still on back order. No notification what so ever. I asked why no one contacted me and the guy said its their policy to send that first email and then its up to ME to call or try to find out why i havent received my part. That was a month ago. Today (4 months less 2 days after ordering) i received an email saying that my payment method wasnt approved (i payed with paypal). I called again, he said its cause it took too long and i needed to try again or another payment method. I told him to cancel my order and hung up. Zero customer service. I operate a small business (30-35 employees), if i gave this kind of service to my customers i would have been out of business a LONG TIME AGO. Dont waste your time with these guys, shop elsewhere
I bought a front bumper for my Wrangler and asked for them to email me directions. Here was their response from Cheri: Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience but as it was told to you in chat, this bumper would not work with your Jeep because it only replaces factory steel bumpers and not plastic like what you have on your Jeep. It unfortunately does not come with directions as it goes on the same way as you would have taken off the factory steel bumper, not the plastic. It is also recommend that a mechanic put this on. Also on the products page, it states, it is not compatible with factory steel bumper fog lights.

This is just 1 example of them going out of their way to not be helpful. Needless to say, I did have directions (thought I was missing pages from open box) and I had no problems with this bumper (my fog lights needed an adapter which they wouldn't know or care to know... instead they just say this).

Bought a product from here. Missing parts. Contacted quadratec by emailing there customer support. Took them two months to get back to me and they basically told me sorry about my luck. I can return the item. Idiot's it's already on truck.
I recommend taking your business to extreme terrain. I have nothing but good experience with them. Quadratec is only about screwing you over. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them.
They have poor customer service and poor quality parts. They wouldn't even send me a shipping label to return there cheap stuff back to them...
My title says it all, going into detail is just more frustration with these people. They simply cant do anything. If they screw up our order getting anything from them is like pulling teeth. Once the have your money your screwed. I've been buying Jeep parts for 30 years and finally gave these folks a shot at a couple things and they screwed hem both up and now do not want to give me my money back even though the readily admit they messed it up. Save yourself and run as far from these idiots as you can get.
I order the ultimate summer combo tops in master twill fabric (quadratec part #*******. 9213) -07-18 with factory hardtop. I received my order in 2 parts an on different days. I supposedly had received my completed order this past Friday. 6/8/19 I began to install the top to come to realize that I was still missing 3 parts which were the Bimini plus top, header channel, and the wind stopper plus. Right away I contacted Quadratec regarding your situation. I spoke to Alex and he told me that he was unable to help me with the situation because everyone was gone for the day but he would call me on Monday to find out what's going on. Monday came I didn't receive a call but I did get an email stating that it's back order and if I would like to return/exchange the item or if I would like to wait. I decided to call them to try to find out if they had an idea of how long it will take for me to receive my items. They told me that it might take 2-3 weeks. What I don't get is why they send me my order if they don't have it on stock and why the item still up on the website as available if you already know you don't have it in stock. THATS JUST BAD BUSSINES. They are yet to respond... I would of wish to have had a better experience with the service or at least get a phone call back like promised.
I ordered a fox stabilizer for my Jeep JL and it was in stock and I when I ordered it was temporary out of stock it took almost 2 weeks to get it I've never ordered something that took so long and no one would respond to your emails and answer how long it was going to take need better customer service

Bought a Quadratec premium softop costing me $800 shipped to Australia. Some absolute **** decided to slash one of the rear windows with a blade. I called up Quadratec to order a replacement window, to be advised we would have to buy the whole softop as they no longer make that type! What?!
Quadratec it's all good and well charging a premium for a softop, you could maybe think how many customer might need a replacement piece down the line. Maybe make the next generation using the same zipper mesh! Useless bunch, almost as bad as the fool that slashed the window Absolute joke!
I've ordered 5 different parts from this company. One still hasn't been shipped even though "customer service" said it should have been shipped already.
Ordered some wheels which were supposedly in stock. Received and email with a tracking number saying my order was on the way. Noticed the weight which was much lower than 4 wheels should weight. Contacted them to find that the wheels would not ship until early November (it was ordered 25 Sept). They were supposed to ship the day I submitted the order. Poor communication, poor inventory management. The only thing they did right was cancel my order. Will not do business with them again.
There reviews are filtered and not honest. Left two reviews today on their site today. One with 4 stars that they posted and one for 1 star that they rejected and didn't post. See photo where they rejected my review. Look at the many other companies available for Jeep parts

Ive received the Quadracrap catalogs for years, so when they had an item I wanted and guaranteed free delivery in less than a week, I placed the order.
Dont be like me! The will screw you, lie to you, make excuses and youll have a grand old time getting your money back.

I needed a document from quadratec so my shocks could be posted to me. Emailed both customer service and info emails and also tried them online. Waste of time. More than $600 at stake! Internatioal buyers need to be proactive when making a purchase and deal with sales reps rather than the online check out option especially when youre getting your items sent through to a freight forwarder. Quadratec have great presentation and catalog so if you're making a formidable purchase then deal with the people there rather than a website! Their customerservice and info emails have both been discontinued.
Excellent catalog. They have everything (almost) for a Jeep. Have used them several times for Jeep parts or accessories. Normal transactions.
