I was very excited to receive my new Quadratec Deluxe Heavy Duty Hardtop Storage Cart for 76-06 Jeep CJ-7, Wrangler YJ & TJ to remove my hard top for the summer. When I went to assemble the cart the first thing was that the instruction booklet included was for Quadratec Delrin Door Hinge Pin Bushings... not for the cart. I was able to follow the assembly video from the website which was fine however the holes that were drilled into the "Z Bracket Pad" were too large for the flathead screws provided that were supposed to secure the pad to the bracket. I had to improvise by shifting the pad off-center to secure the pad.
Part in-stock and was what i was looking for to preserve the spare tire mounted on my Jeep Wrangler.
Customer service helpful, cover received was not what I expected - it is big and bulky for storage, and heavier than I would like. Handles are great.

We haven't put the hood kit on our Jeep yet so we don't know for sure if it will work/fit. The hood kit we seen in the Quadratec magazine was not the same order # or cost that was online which is odd.
