I am happy with shopping experience and product quality, however 4 stars do to powder coat damage upon taking delivery of product. I understand this may of been caused by the shipping company (FedEx) but a few defects show signs it was packaged with defects already on bumper and winch plate. Some black touch up paint should do the trick.

I got the driver side mirror and it was perfect and packaged great. SO EASY TO INSTALL, love Quadratec!

I originally received the wrong part. But when I called customer service he sent me the correct part.

Quick and easy ordering, great price, great order updates. Delivery was within two days to a rural address

Finding the parts was easy and the pricing was good. The order was for two rear brake calipers for a 2008 JK. The drivers side was a rugged ridge part. The passenger side was in a plain white box. The passenger side part was missing the brake hose connection bolt in the hardware bag. The slides were installed in the caliper and the caliper pin bolts were a different size than the drivers side unit. Looking at the part I got the feeling that this was a returned part that been put back in stock then shipped to me. Due to time constraints I had to use this part. Needless to say I will think twice about my next purchase.
