Every time I have called no one answers. Very expensive to return parts that don't fit.
Received the wrong part had to call CS to order the right part then return the wrong part wait on a label from FedEx then drive to FedEx to drop off.
Quick and easy. Once item received, surprised the bolts, nuts and washers weren't included with the heat sheild

I am overall very satisfied with Quadratec's shipping and service. The problem I expirenced was shipping damage from insufficient packaging in the product manufacture box, damage by FED EX. The replacement was sent the same way. It was also not perfect when arrived but useable. Once is a error but twice is stupidity.
You all need to package shipments better.

I ordered 3 items. 2 I haven't put on yet. 1 item, an antennae, doesn't fit, although it states it fits my vehicle. So happy with quick delivery, but not so happy about that antennae. And I really can't say anything about the other 2 items except they were delivered without any issues.
The order is a gift... so we'll see. A visual inspection of the product looks good.
