Shipping was fast and the product was exactly as advertised.
The packaging for the bestop was beat up pretty bad with part of the soft top exposed. I took pictures in the event there was damage to the soft top itself. Fortunately there was not but I would recommend better taping of the seams on the packaging box in the future

My package came with the part hanging out on one side and gapping holes! Oh and ZERO other parts... like the grill retainer clips necessary to hold the grill in place.

Not packaged well at all. Two undersized pieces of foam that clearly did not hold the part in place and one measly thin, tiny bubbled piece of bubble wrap.
