The tools were very straightforward. If they explained all the add on feature cost more clearly I feel they might get more purchase of add ons.
I was lured into registering for their dynamic QR code last year, printed them on our marketing materials and 2 weeks later found that they were suspended as I needed to upgrade to an Annual Plan.
Pure blackmail.
Now that the year is up, they are demanding payment for an "auto renewal". Thankful that my credit card has been changed as the expiry was up, and I no longer use that number.
NOW, they have sent a letter to my home address demanding payment, threatening "immediate debt collection procedures" which will "incure (sic) more cost" for me.
SCAMMERS and CROOKS whom I have zero respect for.
I can't believe how easy it is to generate a QR code! And even better for FREE! This is a great program and service. Thank you!

They don't have free QR codes and after I used one and printed collateral material, I was notified it would be deactivated if I didn't pay. SO i Had no choice. Then a year later, with no warning or grace period, they send a bill for another year and would not in any way work with me the day past due. If there were legal action I could take I would. Stay away from this website AT ALL COSTS!

They don't clarify the difference between the QR codes 'dynamic' vs 'static' and how that affects their pricing structure. They claim you can start a free trial and transition to FREE without proper explanation. If you accidently select Dynamic, they will lock you in at 60Euros per year AFTER your TRIAL or deactivate your QR code. Basically holding your QR code hostage. There is no way to transition to the "FREE" plan. SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY
SUPER SNEAKY. No clear disclosure your codes won't work after 2 weeks unless you purchase a YEAR (no monthly option seems to be available). Basically holds you hostage if you TRUSTED to use their trial codes. I couldn't even access the codes so delete enough to get in their "free" plan so basically had no choice but pay them or my printed codes are useless.

I just wanted a static QR Code to go to print. I was led to believe that's what I was getting. Then, after going to print, I started to receive the emails telling me my code was going to expire, making the QR code on my printed leaflets worthless. OK, so I go to their website, and then find I have to pay for A YEAR, to get it activated again. Absolute scum.
Feels very happy about your services. You are offering new designs and logo in the qr code is simply super and more attractive.
The same thing everyone is writing in here. Total scam. It hides the fact that your codes will stop working 15 days after creating them.
Then they will ask you to pay for your codes to continue working, and they will charge you for A YEAR.
A year passed, I changed my credit card for other reasons, and I get an email saying that I'll get an auto-renewal. I'm like "whatever, this $#*! will cancel itself as that credit card doesn't work anymore". WRONG! I start getting emails asking for bank transfer payments, and I even got a letter AT MY HOUSE asking for payment! ALL THE WAY TO MEXICO. Stay away from this total #$%& service.
I spent lots of time designing my Dynamic QR Code and the Social Page that the code directs the user to.
I then spent more time integrating the code into my business cards. Which I paid to print 250 of.
One week later: "Your free trial is about to run out!"
Free trial? I have to pay now? This was NOT made clear. Now my code is deactivated.
So now I have up to 250 business cards in the hands of individuals and business owners with a code that no longer works. This reflects poorly on me and my business.
Its a shame because the service is great, if they had been honest up front then perhaps I may have considered a paid option. Or, why not give the option for a single small upfront payment? Because a minimum of £5 a month is not value for small businesses: Why? Because then Im paying at least £5 a month for my business cards which Ive already paid to print. It is not a service of value in that sense.
Heres an idea, keep your paid packages for multiple QR codes and statistic tracking. But allow users to have one Dynamic Social Code for free under the conditions that your site is advertised on the linked social site. Free advertising for your business! But no, you want every user to pay up.
So now I need to re-design my business cards and print a new set.
