I called, they advertised I was qualified for free service. After 6 calls attempting to get my new service, spending 3 hours with on the phone I discovered that they told me all the prior info they had given me was incorrect. My iPhone was incompatible. They had to sell me a NEW phone. They are crooks...

Qlinkwireless has help in every way possible...
If it weren't for them I'd be at loss with phone communication...
I'm very thankful and grateful for everything they have done so I can have a phone to use in my life...

My service sucks and my phone # comes up as 2 different # when you call people it show different on there caller Id

The only complaint I have is that the unlimited data isn't used for hot spot. But the service has been excellent. Also I like receiving emails showing talk, text and data usage.

I'm part of the address confidentiality program. If they send something to my address in my name our lives could be in danger. But they don't provide an option to send to P. O. Box or just using your initials. Under law they are supposed to not publish this information but someone named "Thomas" did not care or maybe comprehend English. I wanted to sign up for a phone for emergencies they don't provide phones.

I called waited on phone for 20 minutes and this guy couldn't care less about my situation and refused to help. It's scary what these people do.

I give it 10/10 perfect communication for low income people and it saves money for people who can't afford cell phone service.

This service is the best I have experienced in a long time. The allocation was easy to fill out and the sim was easy to install. They answered all my questions.

After being full time caregiver for last 6 yrs of my 94 yr old mother's life, then having to take early retirement and Soc Security at 62 and apply for SNAP food assistance, this phone service has been a very welcome and useful tool. With little money, now I can still make calls and access the internet thru my free phone service. Very grateful.
