My father is dying of cancer and I needed to get a phone immediately but I am on disability so I paid $34 for a phone the phone from qlink but it never came I spoke with them they made me wait almost a and finally confirmed it was lost in the mail and was told I was to receive a second tracking number and a second phone, and to wait another week. Today the 27th I was was told that they just refunded my order instead of what Louis told me on the phone. Still have to wait a week for the money. The supervisor Aiden was unprofessional he did not help. And would not even say he would talk to the representative who gave me the misinformation improperly trained them so customers aren't wasting their time waiting I could have found another phone so I can contact my dying father. I ordered a new phone for free from truconnect and I'm going to wait for that service instead. I will never attempt to work with qlink and discourage anyone else from doing so have they are not trained and the supervisor Aiden needs to find a new job or get trained on this one he has no phone etiquette and no customer service skills. They don't even provide an email saying that your refunded so I have no proof to show today. This place is a joke if you are serious and need the help do not use Q Link

So far so good with the q Link wireless my only issue is the hot pepper phone that you get sucks it's the worst phone I've ever owned in my whole life and this is the second one I've had.

I would not be able to contact Dr's, family, friends, my accounts if it was not for Qlink. I am truly blessed.

I get really good service but hot spot don't work for tv or computer not sure y I get service but hot spot don't give access to internet

Q-link ha s the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they sent me text saying I qualified for a updated phone, I was excited since my phone had a cracked screen and was hard to operate correctly, when I called they said I also qualified for a free tablet with a new government program, told them I did not want the tablet, I was told I would get a e-mail when my phone shipped, no e-mail and they sent the tablet 2 months later, checked my account and noe they wanted 10.01 for a co-pay, good thing they didn't have may bank info or they would of just taken it, they a guilty of predatory prectices.

I went from Qlink for $0 a month to Straight Talk for $60 a month if that tells you anything.
Wanted to transfer my Qlink phone number over to Straight Talk. It took over two weeks to get the job done.
This is a fleecing of our tax dollars.

I have had the worst time with Q-Link I can't make a call or receive calls I don't understand. I have had two cards and neither worked. I waited 72 hr as the tech said it didn't work. So I put it in another phone same thing nothing.

I have signal most of the time. Other times I had to go outside to get signal. I hope this free service is forever. Thanks.

I had lost my phone and they refuse to send me a replacement. They also sent the free Tablet to an address that I no longer lived at and won't send it to my new one. They are suppose to be a government phone service but they tell me that they don't offer free phones anymore which is a lie. I had another government phone company before and when my phone was lost/stolen that company sent me a replacement before. Their customer service is very lacking and each person they have is very rude and likes to talk over you when you call. They government needs to take away their contract for the free phone service because this company is not following the contract rules and regulations of the service.

The service is great. No problems there. I just wish they had better phones. I've never lost service since I've had this service.

Price is right at free but customer service is what's that? Good luck calling and getting a hold of someone that speaks English! Q LINK knocked out my voicemail and changed my caller ID to someone I don't know. I have called SEVERAL times and haven't gotten anything resolved! When I've called they say they'll reset voicemail or caller ID but it doesn't. To setup vm you call your phone number, which is fine. Then you type in your password, which sounds easy, but almost all passwords are alphanumeric. Their computer doesn't recognize numbers for letters, for example FUNny_ would be *******, right? Try typing in 7428FUNny using a phone keypad. Doesn't work!
I wish SOMEBODY could or would help! If so, it would be a great service

Qlink is a joke. They offer "unlimited" data, but they have reduced mine to 4.8G. I have called them, they told me in order to get my unlimited data back, I have to do it on their website, which is an impossible task! I tried six times, and all attempts led to expensive billing plans. No thank you!
If you are considering using this company, do yourself a favor and DON'T! The call center reps are rude, uncaring and won't help you. And don't waste your money ($10.01) on their tablet. It's worthless, does not work, it won't synch up with your phone and Qlink's supposed "wi-fi hotspot" doesn't provide enough power for the tablet to work. (Assuming that it does!)
The Government should take away the EEB funding that they are giving Qlink, as they aren't providing their customers with the free benefits they qualify for!
