After 3 reschedules on Puls part and finally the fourth being a stand-up and then deciding to read reviews, I'm glad they didn't show. Don't waste your time with this company. I can't believe this company is still in business.

Their services are about double their. The repair person is usually pissed off. Then when you try to cancel they charge you for all the "membership discounts" that you received or they won't release your card.

Completely unhelpful

I've given them a chance on two separate repair calls and wasn't able to get an appointment after several reschedules each time. They pretty much just take the time you suggest, I assume call around, and if they don't find an appointment, it's up to you to *guess* when they might be able to find a time with another contractor. They don't actually help negotiate another time, it's just up to you to keep picking times for a week and get rescheduled. Their customer support was no help. I was just told to that there was no alternative but to wait for a call when they found someone. Ultimately I had to call around myself each time. Not even sure what this service offers to people and their offer of 10% off my service request is useless if they can't get someone in.

Horrible Service

Do not ever use this company, they rescheduled 3 times with me and never ended up keeping an appointment. Couldn't even call me to work out a new date/time. Horrible service.

THEY SAID WASHER NEEDED NEW $400.00 pump, that was replaced 1 day later washer leaking from
The bottom. They came back yesterday and Hooked up the washer after telling them not to and left washed barrel full of water and water in the floor and rags in the sink. WASHER STILL NOT FIXED.

STAY AWAY FROM PULS. IT IS A COMPANY OF CROOKS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT YOU ONCE PROVIDED THEM WHENEVER AND HOWEVER THEY FEEL LIKE FOR QUESTIONABLE CHARGES AND ARROGANTLY REFUSED TO EXPLAIN THE CHARGES. THEY CHARGED ME $806 FOR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FEE INSTEAD OF $36 OF A REMANING 3 MONTHS OF 12 MONTHE MEMBERSHIP; AND THEN DISHONESTLY, ARROGANTLY APOLOGIZE WITHOUT HOWEVER REVERSE THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I HAVE REPORTED THE ISSUE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. PULS ALSO HAS THE REPUTATION OF OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICE FEE WITHOUT GIVING YOU AN ESTIMATE BEFORE STARTING YOUR WORK. AND THEIR OFFSHORE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH INDIAN ACCENT ARE VERY RUDE. USE ANGIE LIST, HANDYMAN, YELLOW PAGE INSTEAD OF USING PULS. STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY OF CROOKS.

I scheduled an appointment to have someone take a look at my appliance and possibly fix it. I received an email stating that someone was coming by at the specified time range and date. I rushed home to meet the supposed repairman and after some time, realized that no one was coming by. I took time off from work to get this done and no one ever notified me that no one took the order and was coming. I called Puls and whoever I spoke to, was rude and hung up on me after I asked him to send me an email stating that my appointment is canceled since there was a hold placed on my credit card of $89. I will never go back to this place again due to the bad customer service and lack of notifications. Look elsewhere.

Disaster. Avoid PULS

I had them send a tech out to diagnose dishwasher problem, and paid almost $400 for new pump per their diagnosis. Afterwards the appliance didn't work, and they refuse to send anyone out to find out what's going on

Bad business

I can tell you this is a scam... They immediately sent a Tech out on a Sunday afternoon because my My refrigerator went out Saturday night. They texted me immediately I got several emails very attentive I should have known better because who sends somebody out immediately on a Sunday afternoon. The technician that came out was very nice we did like him however he took nothing apart he did offer to clean the back pull it out vacuum and clean the coils which I would presume was part of the testing but that wasn't additional $65 he took nothing else apart in the fridge and told us it was probably the fan... It did seem to work for a few hours and then overnight did not temperatures rose at temperatures rose the next day it worked for a few hours and then nothing all of my food has been ruined spoiled and all of the freezer food as well... Now come 2 days later they tell me I can I can fill out a form and now it will be 24 to 48 hours later before they can even see if a technician can come out to recheck it... However on a Sunday it was like immediate... I have gone round and round today and now I cannot get anybody to come check it they have check back with the technician and now they tell me it's going to be a week before they can come out this is such a scam this is bad business and you should think twice before using their service...

Don't use this service

My oven is fairly new. But one day it stopped working. I figured it must be something electrical. I called
This puts service to fix it. When he came he looked at it. Didn't ask any questions used his phone and suggested I change the whole board. And that it would cost over 800 dollars. I was surprised he didn't even take it out or look at the breaker. Sure enough I called another appliance man who took 20 minutes to fix it. It was a loose cable. I can't trust this company to do what is right. When I asked them to give me money back they said no, that their diagnosis was right. They lied.

Honest Review,

Do not use this company. Had my ice maker broken, tech came out to "repair" my ice maker. All he did was defrost ice with his little steamer for 3 hours and then realized he cracked a piece inside my ice maker. So he mentioned we had to reschedule and he would order the parts.
They charge me 400$ for ice removal labor... drinking two bottles of my water and using a steam machine, is $400 worth of labor and repair?

Fast forward to next week the tech shows up with flip flops on, and cat hair all over. He ordered the wrong part, it didnt fit. So he says, well i got the wrong part you will just have to epoxy this by yourself... I said so when is the repair? He tried to lecture me about was a repair means but he did not fix anything and unproffesionally left by saying I trust you will do the right thing.

I called to ask for a refund for the 200$ repair fee and a company full of indians with awful customer service could not make it happen they wanted to send the same tech out.

They also tried adding hidden Service fees.

Took him 10 minutes to find the right wrenches to use. After 20 minutes he still had not been able to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet. He obviously did not know what he was doing so I asked him to leave. He wanted to collect his $89.00 diagnostic fee but I refused to pay it as he had not been able to even remove the dishwasher from the cabinet.

The absolute worst. They could only be worst if the technician showed up, didn't fix my dryer, then robbed me. Maybe not, because at least someone would have shown up. They cancelled 3 days in a row, then told me I should go somewhere else. That was the only good thing I got this incomptent company.

The company offers a membership for $8.95/month which provides "savings" on services you purchase. However, if you ever decide to cancel your membership, they will bill you for any past savings, as well as a cancellation fee and an extra month's membership fee. In other words, they offer you savings to lure you into the membership, but you will never receive those savings b/c they bill them back to you when you leave the membership.

Dryer needed a new start button, repairman came and fixed it, but unbeknownst to me, dropped a pack of 100 zip ties, sheets of paper and plastic bags into the washer next to the dryer. Zip ties got caught in the agitator and in the drainage holes; all clothes covered with lint.
Management refused to reimburse or refund the $203 charge.

I would give zero stars if I was able, as this was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. First, it took 5 days from when I called for the tech to come out to look at my dryer. He said that parts had to be ordered, but since the dryer was serviced 3 months ago, and the same part needed replacing, that I needed to call the office and request a "guaranteed redo" and that the original tech had to come back. I called the office immediately. The first 2 people I spoke with disconnected me. The 3rd person told me that a supervisor would call me back. It's obvious that these workers are working from home, because I could hear screaming children in the background.

The supervisor called back and said I didn't qualify for a guaranteed redo because it had been 90 days, but that they'd waive the service fee. He also said that the second tech, not the original, could do the repair.

I called the office the next morning (Monday) and asked what to expect. He said the tech, Terry, would get in touch with me. Terry texted shortly after and said the parts would be there the next day (Tuesday). I never heard anything the next day, so I reached out to Terry on Wednesday to inquire about the parts. He said he was waiting for one more, and that it would arrive the next day (Thursday). Again, I didn't hear from Terry on Thursday, so I reached out to Terry Friday morning. After an hour of waiting, I called the office to inquire. I then got a scathing and strongly worded text from Terry that said he asked the office to send a different tech. I called the office again on Friday afternoon and asked what I could expect to happen next, as Terry's scathing text made me uncomfortable and I didn't feel it would be safe to have him in my home. They said they would get back to me at the end of day. I never heard from anyone.

I called the office yesterday (Sunday) and the lady had no idea what was going on with my repair. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and she said one would be in touch. I never heard back.

At this point, I have already scheduled with a different company. I will never use this company again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my entire life.

Terrible service

I had a technician come out for a gas stove that would not light. Some of the burners were not getting a spark to ignite the gas. I explained that over the puffins when I called for service. The Technician came out and all he did was try to turn on the stove. That's all. It didn't light. I already knew that. He said it was "probably the wiring harness". I had already guessed it was the wiring. He said he would have to get the part and would call me the next day or the day after with a price to repair. Then he charged me $95. He could have diagnosed that over the phone and brought the part with him. He didn't call back the next day, or the day after that, or the day after that. It took him five days to call me back, then he couldn't give me a price, he said the company would send me a text. They didn't, I called the company, no return call, no email, no text. The company dispatcher called me about 10 days later and said the tech had the part and was ready to do the repair. I asked how much it would cost, he didn't know, he said the tech would tell me. I told him the tech said the company would tell me. So the repair never happened. I paid $95 for a tech to try to turn on my stove which I already knew wouldn't light. I was ripped off.

Unprofessional scheduling and business model -- This company proved itself completely unreliable. After scheduling an appointment on a Thursday, a series of follow-on emails from PULS indicated the serviceperson did not arrive that day "due to high demand in the area" and I could "reschedule" using their APP. I insisted they send another repair person to meet their obligation, and after agreeing to do so at a later time that day, the service person emailed me saying his truck was "over-heating" and that he could not make the appointment. It was two days later, a Sunday, before the next appointment was available. When I replied to the newly assigned repair person on the Sunday he was scheduled to arrive, he texted back "I don't work today (Sunday)." Hence, no repair person ever showed up. I immediately fired PULS and sought an alternative repair option. 1. They do not honor their appointments; 2. The main office has little or no effective communication with the "independent contractors" they employ; 3. No two individuals in the PULS organization ever gave me the same answer on a simple question; 4. They had no difficulty attempting to hard-sell me both over the phone and via email/text on a 'total home appliance warranty' prior to every showing up to complete the original repair order. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced in recent years.

RIP OFF. AUTOMATICLY RENEWED A SERVICE CONTRACT I DIDNT APPROVE OF FOR $87. "CON"tracs are JUST THAT! CONS. Wouldn't refund my money. Charged me for past discounts.
