Don't be fooled when you are in a pinch for a repair. My LG refergerator stopped cooling. Puls responded quickly, but the tech was in a hurry. He said he diagnosed it and it would be $1100. No written quote. He said the cost was mostly parts. He said he had all of the parts in his van but could not do the job until the next day. I had another company take a look. They advised me of a warranty on parts, which I had to verify with LG and the parts were shipped free of cost. They also stated the other company placed a tap valve on the compressor preventing any further testing of the unit, so the parts had to be replaced. I contacted Puls and their response was, " We always provide customers repair quote after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price." Remember, I never received a written quote, only a verbal $1100. Puls also stated, " All our technicians are highly skilled and the labor price we charge is based on our technicians' expertise & the quality workmanship we deliver". Remember the tech said " the cost is mainly parts, and he has all of them in his van ". He never advised me of a warranty on parts. I hope you see the gouge in progress. My repair was $550.00 for labor, parts were free.
Came to my house and fixed my dryer but got grease and I think rust all over my carpet. Would have attached pics but I guess this site doesn't accept my phone pic files. Admitted guilt in the email, and apologized but now they are going to make me sue them to get my money for the rug back. They claim their terms and conditions do not cover the damage. Maybe not but I am sure the law does.
Trying to chase down the service technician after 3 appointments were canceled. I do not recomend at all.
Schedule a appointment to have my dishwasher looked at and possibly repair. They canceled my appointment thru email then told me I had to reschedule and next Available appointment was four days later. Then tried numerous time to reach somebody at customer service with no success. Highly disappointed with this company and will not use or recommend to anybody I know.
Do not use. Charged my CC and can not send me an Invoice on what charges were for.

Service plan is also rip off. Said cancel anytime, but when I canceled they charged me another fee for over a hundred dollars.
I scheduled them to come out and fix my dishwasher. The man quoted me a price and I agreed to it. He said he had to order the part and would come out the next week. The next week he did come out to do the repair but could not get the dishwasher out to repair it. How are you a dishwasher repair person that does not know how to remove the dishwasher. My husband came home that night and showed me where you would unlatch it. The company said they would send someone else out to do the repair. Well a week later and being canceled over and over again, I requested a refund. They only want to give back 20 dollars of 116 back because the rest was a service call charge. I understand that BUT I agreed to your services and the repair and you couldn't come thru with it. I then said ok send someone out today then. They came back and said oh no we can't now because you agreed to the 20 dollar refund which I did not. They also said they only canceled once on me which was a lie. I have all of it in my email and on my phone. I should have read the reviews first. I usually do but I really wanted to get my dishwasher fixed and I thought it looked legit. My mistake! I just can't believe a business can operate like this and treat customers like this. If they come thru with the full refund, I will update this,but I am not holding my breath.
This is the worst company anyone can use. If this was the last company in the world I would never contact or use their service. The company sucks, the work sucks, and anyone associated with PULs sucks. They will charge you way too much for a service, then coerce you into a year long membership. My purchase was for a TV wall mount. A total of $538 later. If there was a,lower rating then one, I would give it to them.
After booking for a 5-7 pm appointment for 3 appliances, I get a text close to 6 saying the man would be late, how late would be okay. Already annoyed, but it's hard to plan for this with work, kids and life, I said 730 pm. The guy just decided to not respond. Thanks for wasting my time, I will make sure everyone in my building knows to NOT give your company a try.
They use local independent service people. However, the billing is done by them and the bill is involved and will include a monthly service agreement.
This service is over priced, and a scam! After paying almost $400 to repair my dryer, I then noticed a $14 monthly fee. My fault for not reading the fine print but I do not understand where the savings is in joining this plan. And to top it off to cancel they charged me another $100! Do not sign up for this scam.
The technican did not know what he was doing or what to do. To resolve the issue with my stove
The technician was in my house for about 5 minutes and stated he could not fix the stove where one of the burner flame was high. He stated he did not see a problem and told me I might need a new stove (My stove is 5 years old).
We paid $550.00 to repair our 3 years old refrigerator which they said the problem was the condenser fan. But it stop working after 5 months. When i start cleaning the refrigerator after it stop working i saw two bolts missing on the cover board of the fan where the technician was working and this

The tech that came over did my repairs, but had never worked on a Bosch refrigerator before, so it took him some time to get a icemaker installed. I have no issue with the tech! The company however is annoying and expensive! They sent out over twenty texts and emails. Multiple calls and everyone was trying to get you to buy their service warranties/contracts. Even watch your online payment links, they try to get you to pay for a subscription by placing that option first! Never got an itemized receipt ewither, i would love to know the part number I was sold, but nope, not listed! I should have done this myself and will next time!
I engaged them to wall mount my tv. Technician said there will be extra charge as the wires need to go through conduit. I agreed to. Then the company used this extra payment as Monthly payment plan.
They kept charging me monthly. I am taking this with the appropriate authorities. AVOID them pay them cash and don't share any information or credit cards. SCAMMER's...
You are better off staying local for repairs with a reputable company! Our refrigerator broke-down, and we were in urgent need of repair. Shame on me for not researching. Puls was the first company I found online. The technician was very nice. We were charged and paid. The tech came out again, after the refrig broke-down and we were charged. The tech told us to buy a new refrig... We were then charged again! Then we were told we signed up for a membership? Really we never signed up for a membership! Over $700 in the hole, no working refrigerator!
I placed an order to get my refrigerator repaired on October 23. I called two weeks later to say my refrigerator was not working. They agreed to send a repair person out. I have been waiting on Angel to return for 2 weeks now. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF. USE ANOTHER COMPANY
There is no customer support you have to send emails which don't get answered.And when you finally get an email from support you can't respond to it
Twice we booked with them to work on our dishwasher. The first time they re-shceduled a few hours before the service. The second time they didn't show. Wow-- that's service.
Please beware of this company and the technicians offering to sell you a useless warranty. The warranty is misquoted on price and sold as a way keep you calling them and their technicians for any service needed. It does not cover all of the service or repairs, only partial.
If you want to cancel there is a hidden cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 4 months of what they charge for service warranty.
If I could give 0 stars I would. In short, if you have an appointment, you do not have an appointment. Booking an appointment, means they will try to find a local company to service you. If they don't find someone, they will not contact you and you can contact them to book another 'appointment'. This will repeat itself over and over again until you give up.
