We have used the service and signed up for the membership which was presented as a savings. Now after a year we looked to cancel the membership and were told that we have to repay all benefits that we received before we can cancel. If we have to repay the value of all benefits, this is the least customer friendly service I've ever encountered and offers absolutely zero benefit to the customer. Puls is giving you a "discount" and then demanding that you repay the discount via your monthly payments. I highly discourage anyone from joining this scheme!
Puls.com cancelled at the last minute. Going out of town and needed a washing machine to be fixed! I will never call them again!
We asked the Puls Technician to Diagnose Water Leak and Ice Dispenser Malfunction. His diagnosis was incomplete and we were told that the water leak fix required a $500 water pump. My google search showed no water pump for a fridge! The Puls technician did not address the ice dispenser malfunction and did not give us a written estimate! Puls charged me $95 for such ripoff and did not respond to my complaint!
Trick you into a warranty, impossible to reach, never repaired the problem but once they have your card, they will charge you forever.
If you get assigned a dependable technician you may have a better experience. Wasted two days waiting for a washer repair person that never made it during the window they said. Last day of waiting the person called over an hour after the repair window had passed with another excuse on why he was not there yet. Go with a neighbor's recommendation, not this organization. No customer support with being put on hold for prolonged periods and lack of understanding that a different technician is needed if they are canceling appointments. Overall, a waste of time.
They are too much expensive.The technician charged over 300$ for only changing the drain pump of washer.
I would recommend people to buy new one rather than repairing with Puls.
My experience with puls was horrible.I do not recommend.Repair company vendor would not refund money and did not complete repair work.
This company is horrible! DO NOT USE THEM! They will steal your money and not fix the issue! The Tech (KEI SON is the techs name, do not believe his 4.5 stars) came into my home did not do a diagnostic on the refrigerator, and states he knows what the issue is. I asked him to take the panel off of the back of the refrigerator so he could melt the ice that way fan would work and cool the refrigerator. He said yes he knew what I was talking about, he went to his car like he was going to get some tools and left without fixing the issues. He put a claim in that I did not give him an okay to do. Then I called the company to tell them about what happened, and one no would listen to me or when I called back they hung up the phone on me. They did tell me the tech put in the order and I would have to wait 10 days for the part to come in so the can fix an issues that he did not diagnosed.
Puls doesnt stand by quality. Got service on 6/11 on dryer. Tech came, claimed part needs to be replaced. Charge 300$. Exactly 90 days on Sep 9 dryer stops working again. Coincidence? Called on Sep 11 as 9th was Saturday. Customer Svc says sorry, u have to get new service order and we can send another tech as you are one day past 90 days. No thank you. I am never giving your techs or ur company a penny again as I don't trust the quality of your service or that you will

Never for any reason use this company or hire any Technician from them. The WORST service I have ever received and a nightmare to deal with. The technicians will lie to the company to get more money and less work and the company sides with them. My boyfriend and I have spent over a month just to get a whole price break down/ receipt and still have not received that, and if that doesn't sound sketchy; a technician reached out to me on my personal phone to make some sketchy under the table deal. Rude unprofessional technicians, home base employees are impossible to hear, every phone call was distant and poor quality service, i'm sure on purpose. I was borderline harrassed by an employee named Jason and when i told him i won't be spoken to that way he hung up. The techs were Frank and Solomon. I am sick and tired of companies screwing over The People and taking our money. $300 for a Tech to come into my house, lie, take parts out and NOT replace them, make me uncomfortable in my own home, probably stealing my credit card information. Never ever again. This company and these people are looking at a lawsuits very quickly. This company needs to be shut down, look at all these negative reviews. Mark my word I will get my money back, if i have to go on every review website and tell everyone about this disgrace. If not me, who? How many more people are going to be robbed by Puls
I contacted Puls.com to repair my broken oven, but unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. Initially, they dispatched a technician who diagnosed the issue as a broken thermostat and proceeded to order the necessary part. We agreed on the repair cost, which included the service fee and an additional 15% advance for the repairs.
However, on the day of the scheduled repair appointment, we received a call from the technician informing us that he had sustained an injury and would be unable to proceed with the repairs. Understandably, we requested that Puls.com send another technician to take over the project and complete the necessary repairs. To our disappointment, the replacement technician expressed reluctance to proceed, citing a lack of understanding regarding taking over someone else's project. This unwillingness to carry out the repairs left us in a frustrating situation.
Throughout this process, we never refused to move forward with the repairs. Our intention was simply to have a qualified technician complete the job. Regrettably, Puls.com was unable to provide a suitable replacement technician, and we were left to bear the burden of paying the service fee, despite the lack of resolution.
To compound matters, the customer service representatives we interacted with displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor. Their attitude further added to our frustration and disappointment. Based on this experience, I have no desire to engage with Puls.com in the future.
In light of the situation, it is disheartening that Puls.com refuses to refund the payment, asserting that it was solely the service call fee and claiming that we declined the repairs. This contradicts the policy they shared with us, which clearly stated that the service call fee would be credited toward the final repair cost upon approval.
Overall, my encounter with Puls.com's oven repair service was disappointing. The inability to provide a qualified technician, coupled with unprofessional customer service, has left a negative impression. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I will actively seek alternative service providers in the future.

This is not right, to tell me my washer is no good.
What am I being charged for monthly! And nothing was done. Scammers we need to go to court. I'm moving out of state, I better see a cancel on membership paying for nothing!
Please Don't book plus for any appliance review, they charge too much and they never do customer support or contact them after repair incase of any problem, they say 24/7 customer support for email but nobody reply to your emails.
About $500 and two weeks wasted to figure out our refrigerator tech did not know what he was doing. A very long story, but to summarize, he did not show up several times when promised and was late when he did show up. He replaced parts that did not need replacing and had us find an obsolete part (we found out of state) to bring in that also was not needed. Complete waste of time and money. I would never use them again.
I made an appointment online with Puls and was delighted that they came the next day.(7/21/2023) As soon as the tech left, the washer quit again. I immediately called him to let him know about this. He said that he will get back here on Monday (7/24/2023). On Monday he's a no show, so I called him again and left a message to call me back. On Friday (7/28/2023), he called me to come and fix my washer. This has been 7 days since I have heard anything from him. Oh yes, I had already paid him for his original service call plus a tip. Rip off!

I've used Puls several times and recommended them countless times in the past as being quick and reasonable. I had my dryer serviced last Friday and was charged over $400. I got texts from both Puls and the technician all weekend looking for payment. I pulled up the payment link Sunday and noticed that the part was $105 and $320 was labor. The tech was here 27 minutes (Ring video to prove). There was even a charge for an extra 30 minutes of labor? (Do the math on that one). The technician texted me on Saturday stating that he could not accept any more work until I paid. Does Puls really do that, seemed Shady! No more for me.
The tech showed up and saw that it was a mistake, my uncle who has dementia pushed the lock button on the panel and locked the ice out. The tech literally pushed unlock and that was it. And proceeded to charge me 242 dollars. Rip off rip off rip off. I will never use them again buyer beware! And they did not give me a refund
The person they sent to my house, Kamal, I thought was very nice and helpful. Until later, when looking over the work that he did after he left, I noticed that he never changed the circuitboard like he said that I needed. I don't even know what made me take the back off and look. I almost wish I didn't. The one in my refrigerator and the one that he showed me were totally different. I mean basically he ripped me off. I feel horrible! Don't they run a check on these people or something? I'm sure that there's nothing that can be done. All I know is I wish I had never called them. They are already making it very difficult to lodge a complaint.
The repair tech gave me a very high estimate and when I said I can buy a new one for this price, he offered to do it cheaper on the side. When I called the company, this did not bother them at all, I still needed to pay the service fee. They were not bothered that I said I would write a review on this. Stay away, this is not a professional organization.
The tech showed up for a refrigerator cooling issue. He stated it needed a part so he would come back the next morning at 10:00 am. He showed up at 7;00 pm after several calls. He installed the part and said to let it run for 24 hours and it should be
Fine. The unit hasn't cooled at all. I paid them $113.00 for nothing.
