I just want to say, Tina the facility manager on Franklin in Sacramento ca. This person has proven her self time and time again i have been a renter there since 2008 my needs have been meet with such professionalism and a ready to service attitude all the time this person has went above and beyond her duty to make her customers feel conformable renting at public storage i have witness this so many times. I think its time to say Tina, Your Just awesome.

I went with my son to rent a storage unit. Jo was very friendly and unbelievably accommodating. The unit he was ready to rent had had a history of leaking, so Jo rented him a unit with a good history instead at the same price. She also went the day before he brought his items for storage and swept out the unit. She stayed past closing time to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. It did my mother's heart good to see her take care of him as if he were her own! Thank you, Jo! A big shout out for excellent service!

The lot manager, Natalie, at Public Storage 3000 Belle Chasse HWY went above and beyond to help me move in and feel safe about leaving my belongings in their care. I am more then happy that I choose this storage company to protect my things.
I rented in Florence, ky on tanners lane. This facility had insulation falling down on all our stuff. The latches on the doors were bent and rusted and was hard to open. I will never rent from these company ever again.
