I my experience was awesome! I was having a really horrible day had emergency move. By the time came to Public Storage i was drained a really upset. Ms. LINDA THE MANAGER WAS SO KIND TO ME AND GAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN AWHILE. THANK YOU MUCH FOR HELPING ME IT WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN..
Jen was very helpful. She knew exactly what she was talking about and where to take me to show me what I wanted and what I need so I just want to say thank you again for everything she did for me
Horrific! I was given a rate via customer service 800 #, when I arrived at the unit the location manager "James" quoted me a different price and he said corporate could change my rate tomorrow if they choose to. He showed me 2 units and they both stunk so bad which is why I suppose he suggested I buy 4 Damp Rids from him. I felt obliged to use the unit since I was there with the moving company and was already in hundreds of dollars. Had I known they were going to smell so bad I would have not used it. No feedback mentioned this.
He then told me I was required to buy their lock at $20 and I couldn't use a lock of my choice. I told him I would buy one at Home Depot and he said they didn't have any. I went to Home Depot and they had it, at almost half the price. I called headquarters the following day and they said I could use a lock of my choice.
He asked me to leave him positive feedback there and then. Before I even signed a contract.
I came back a week later and needed to throw away a chair and he said they didn't have a dump for customers and if I left the chair they would bill me $100. I called a public storage up the road and Morgan said he was more than happy to dispose of the chair. Since I had no space in my car I had to put it on the roof of my car while my son held it as I drove to the other location. The manager there could care less and could not have common human courtesy to help. I am sure Public Storage is a formidable organization, I just happened to get into the worst location. This has been by far the worst experience I've had and will be removing my personal belongings from the Tampa Florida location at ******* n dale mabry.

My experience with Connie was a very good one. She was so pleasant and helpful, I immediately felt that I was in good hands and my storage experience would be a good one. This was my first experience with public storage and I was concerned about security, access and environmental issues. She took the time and patience to satisfy my concerns. She was helpful in managing space size and supplying the necessary packing materials..
Ive had the pleasure of recently needing to rent space from Store #*******; and I received Excellent Customer service from Relief Manager: Mr. Reginald Glover.
This Getzville branch provided services that were all: reasonable, reliable & trustworthy.

I was a wreck last month, having to suddenly move my 92-year-old mother into my house. Linda was calm and helpful, patient and kind.
I'm STILL a wreck and took Linda my second month's payment to avoid being late and evidently irritated another client who stomped out of the facility and to her car.
I was nervous because I'd parked in the Handicapped place, there being NO OTHER space available. My mother was in the car, and she IS handicapped but I have no handicapped tag or plaque. I apologized to Linda, afraid I'd gotten her in trouble but she was very understanding.
I had more experience with the rep. Name Johnnie, she moved away... She was outsideing!
We had never rented a storage before so the process was new to us. We were helped by Linda, at the Palm Desert facility, and were given excellent service in a very professional manner... she was just great. We were given a tour of the facility, which was very impressive, and a very clear and informative description of how the process worked and all the associated costs.
It was a great experience that left us with a good feeling that our possessions are safe and in a very clean facility that offers us easy access when we want it.

Absolutely will not ever rent a unit from public storage again. The unit I was in went up in price several times in 2 years! That's ridiculous! It wasn't climate controlled so when I went to clean my things out I found rat feces all over, roach eggs attached to my things, boxes and clothing chewed up by rats. The ceiling came apart and landed on my stuff which also ruined a few of my things. When I complained I was told- well that's why you have insurance. Take photos and file a claim. Ok well that doesn't bring back my sentimental items now does it? I was assured when I started renting from them this sort of thing wouldn't happen. Well it did and the people in the office didn't care. Public Storage will never get my business again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not be fooled by the 1.00 move in special. Stay away from Public Storage!
Hattie was very accomadating for me. She kept in touch with me because I had trouble meeting my schedule. And once I arrived she was prepared to get me in and out because I was against the clock to make it to work. Then the next day I had to go in to put my lock on and Steve was on duty, he was very informative on the different types of locks to use and what works best for the unit. Over all you have a very good staff at this Wheeling site.
