I have a storage unit at 900 West Layton Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have had the best service and the unit I have is perfect for my possessions. Tina is the manager that works there and she is always professional, friendly, and so very helpful. Many thanks to Tina! She has helped me in so many different ways and she is an asset to Public Storage! Anyone needing storage should go to Public Storage on Layton!

There is security and the deal for this day. Even though I was in Seattle, I needed the storage unit in Everett. There was no problem. We then set a time I would be at the unit.
When I arrived at Public Storage at 9011 Evergreen Way in Everett. I was greeted by Amber. Amber explained all the forms to me as I was signing them. Amber had walked me to my storage unit. Showed me how to do the alarm to get in and out. Then gave me the keys. We were done.
I will refer my friends to that Public Storage. Thank you Mrs. K

TODAY, I WAS ASSISTED BY TEARIA@ PROPERTY # ******* & SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNEW THE PRODUCT "VERY" WELL, AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS FOR TODAAY AND THE FUTURE. GIVE THIS LADY A BONUS BECAUSE SHE IS AN EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE FOR PUBLIC.
I had a great experience with the local Public Storage and things didn't go downhill until after I moved out. I vacated on the 2nd of the month but had to pay for the entire month due on the 1st. That was fine as I was assured I would be credited back the remainder of the 28 days I paid for, they said this would take a max of 3 months. After 3 months I contacted them to see where we were in the process of getting my refund as I still hadn't received it. They informed me that no one had ever sent in the paperwork for my refund, but they would expidite the process and I would have it shortly. This was the beginning of the end for me. I called and emailed them so many times to find out where my money is as no one can ever give me an answer. They promise a manager will follow up with me, that's a lie. They promise it will be here by friday, another lie. We are now almost 4 months out and I still don't have the check. Never again will I use Public Storage

Can't remember her name, but the manager at 3400 S Congress Ave in Boynton Beach, FL answered all of my questions. I had planned on vacating this location and getting a smaller unit closer to where I live, but ended up staying at the S Congress location. Moving furniture buy myself wasn't going to work! I had so many questions about refunds, stopping my bank draft and she was "spot-on" with suggestions and answers!

Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
