I'm never late paying my storage fee. This month an emergency came up and I asked to push the payment to the 18th. I was told about the late fee, I said that's fine, it can come out of my account automatically on the 18th. As long as I can still get items. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Today I went in to get a pair of shoes and they said that I don't have access to my unit because my payment hasn't been made. Yet when I talked to cooperate and told them ahead of time it would be late no one mentioned I would not be allowed to enter my unit for it being 4 days past due. Really unhappy. What the hell do they charge a late fee for if you still cannot have access to your stuff?
DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE! ITS A SCAM AND THEY RIP YOU OFF.
Here is the scam... You call them about the every 6 months rate increase and when they string you along they slap you with a late fee, I had called the corporate over "20" times (Documented) and left Loraine the district manager "8" voice mails (and counting) also documented, if you miss the one and only return call they will never return the rest of your calls in turn causing you to pay the ridicules 45 dollar late fee! So hears the real deal, a couple years ago they lost the right to park vehicles on the sight so the have in turn pushed the loss of revenue on the there customers. Not to mention the customer service on site is horrendous! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! READ ALL THE INTERNET POST ABOUT PUBLIC STORAGE AND ALL THE LAW SUITS AGAINST THEM... SEE FOR YOURSELF.
The property number for the location is *******. Reggie has great hospitality when if comes to servicing the customers he comes into contact. He makes sure he does all he can do to satisfy the person he's helping. I am thankful to have met a person like him who has a attitude to make customers smile as myself.
Very pleased working with Patricia at the Addison, Tx location #*******. She was helpful and knowledgeable concerning the size unit I needed, and made the effort to check for the $1 special since I had to obtain storage immediately.
I had 2 storage units in the N Hayden, Scottsdale facility for 5 months at the end of last year. Being a good diligent client, I prepaid for January 2016 as I was concerned that I would forget to pay during the busy Christmas period. Circumstances suddenly changed in December and I moved out of both units on 2 January. I am still awaiting a refund of almost $400 and have made so many phone calls that I have lost count. All I get is the run around and name of a manager who never answers his phone or returns his calls. I have no choice but to take them to court. Avoid using this company.
I have now had a refund of the amount owing and would consider using them again (just with my eyes wide open this time).
Milagros was amazing her attention to detail and understanding we had limited time made the experience very pleasant. We will always recommend this storage site.

The Public Storage Location, #******* is managed by Eric in Delray Beach, FL. Rarely do i write reviews, but manager Eric went above and beyond what a property manager normally does. I have been a customer at this location for over ten years, and i have never seen this location look as good as it does now. Eric spends alot of time picking up trash, which never seemed to get done prior to his arrival. There always seemed to be trash, especially piling-up in the corners of the property which never was picked-up. You need to get off of the cart and walk along these edges of the property to bag all of this trash - Eric takes care of this every day.
The public storage located at ******* Western, I received very professional and customer service from two ladies Perla and Jasmone at this location. Thank you for checking in with me and caring through this transition for me.

I dealt with Bertha who was very helpful and took the time to explain everything and show me everything. I do think though that when u call and someone gives u a price and a confirmation number that the price should stand. In this case I was charged substantially more then what I was quoted.
Carol helped me at property number ******* to find the best unit/price. 5 star service.

My Husband and myself was spending our Saturday shopping for a storage facility to store our Property for a year "Leaving Country for a year job related" Now is 4:30pm last one in Centennial Briarwood Ave noticed on the door the office closed at 5pm there was 2 people a head of us, 1 manager behind the counter she was acutually helping both at 1 time 2 different computers, I mentioned to my husband we are not going to be helped. The Lady behind the countered looked at us Greeted us she apologized for the wait and promised to be right with us. Wow! We heard her asking them if they wouldn"t mind doing a review for her to let her boss know how her service was, 5 stars if she can have more than 5 stars she deserves them. She listed to our concerns walked us around the Property showed us exactly what we were looking for. When we got back to the office she showed us all the Packing supplies we would need. We looked at 5 different facilites this is the one. We are not needed the storage space until March, Our name was put on a waiting list for a call back. By the Grace of God we found the storage company and facility we will be using. By the way Here name is Grace. Excellent Customer Service.

Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
