I had my storage unit for almost 7 years and always encountered friendly personal who were ready to help. Today I needed boxes to complete my move and Brittany helped me out not only with a good price but the helped me carry the boxes to my vehicle.

I had two great experiences at public storage in Baltimore and in Atlanta. Adrian in Baltimore city next to the horseshoe casino was fabulous. Over the last couple of years she made use of the premises so easy. Her cheerful personality was the icing on the cake. In Atlanta I had the good fortune to work with Jacqueline who made my transition to my Atlanta retirement home and new storage facility a simple process. Her attention to detail and kindness was appreciated. The people at public storage have been a pleasure to work with
I came to this property a month ago the lady at the front desk was young and super rude she was such and $#*! that I almost took my business elsewhere her name was Nicole but the next time I came back Shelia was there and she was soo awesome that I stayed and I only deal with her now if someone else is there I don't even stop she's awesome and deserves a raise... Corporate you people need to learn to appreciate a good employee

We have rented storage units with Public Storage on Des Moines Memorial Dr. In SeaTac for several years now. TJ and the staff there have always been very helpful and professional. Besides finding a unit that would fit my needs, TJ also shared valuable information on safely storing and preserving my property in good condition while in the storage unit. There was no pressure to rent more than what was needed or to buy additional items for storing.
The folks at this Public Storage facility are very pleasant to work with and I feel my items are safe and secure while in their care. I would highly recommend his facility if you need a place to store your belongings either long or short term.
Manager is knows her job and is very good in what she does. Friendly and I really enjoyed my experience doing business with your company...

The Public Storage at Inwood and Lemon Ave, Dallas, Texas *******, I had a awesome experience on Saturday March 19,2016 The Staff were very knowledgeable and so help to guide me to the right unit, very professional, and they had beautiful smiles. This location is so convenient, Thanks Ladies you both are Fabulous and wonderfully made.
I've been using Public Storage for a few years since moving to Florida. Every year it goes up, and there is no grace period for late payments. Sometimes things happen and you need to be late. I can see a small fee, but almost the cost of the unit? You are drastically penilized to the point that it is unlawful. Instead of being given a discount for using their services all these years, I feel like they hate my business and WANT me to leave. You would think they would appreciate that I am helping them as a business and fueling the enconomy. Therefore, I'd rather not own anything thing then to keep them in business. It's just a lesson learned. Getting rid of my things this week.
We recently rented two units at public storage on Mildred. From the time we arrived and to this day Dee and Liz have been wonderful and helpful. They seem to go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Would highly recommend this facility especially for the customer service, thank you both, great job. The Gordons.
