I loved renting my 10 x 10 storage unit from Debbie on Milltown Road in East Brunswick, NJ. She was great!
I chose public storage in Milwaukee at 111th n Lincoln and couldn't be happier. This was my first time in need of a storage unit. Trisha made everything go smoothly and explained everything I needed to know in a friendly and comprehensive way that made me feel comfortable leaving my personal items in a storage unit. The other staff member Carrie was also right there assisting me and answering questions and concerns. They are a great team! I have been in customer service (and Management) for 25-years and KNOW good customer service... Trisha and Carrie could and should be in training videos for all of their new staff and ongoing training for Public Storage. (Careful... I might come steel them for my C. S. office staff. Lol) Thank you Trisha and Carrie for everything! You are a class act!
I was having trouble paying for my unit online so I called customer service. The operator was rude and condescending, she said she could see no problems with the site and would only help me process my payment if I paid an additional $20
Gloria Harvey is my name-This is the worst place ever to store items! I got a discounted price on line of $116 then after 6 months it went up to $129.00 without me knowing. They make you buy this expensive lock for $18.00 when you can get the same lock for $11.00 at U-Haul. They never told me to take the lock off when I leave and I didnt know because I never used storage before. Another customer was in the office when I told them I was leaving on the 7th and she said they normally give you some $$$ back because I've been gone since the 7th of May they never notated my account. DO NOT STORE HERE! U-HAUL IS THE BEST SO I HEARD! I'M going to contact Deanna Dewberry at channel 5 news she helped me before so I know she will help again!

My credit card was stolen so I had to get a new one sent out from the bank. On the third day of being late on an account that has had auto payment for 2 years, the office manager decides she's going to call a family member on the other side of the country looking for payment.
(3 days) Totally embarrassing to have a family member call you to tell you someone's trying to collect money. I called their corporate office and the CSR (Kelly) said it's up to the district manager to determine when they are going to call your emergency contact person listed on the contract. The district manager called me and said most people are happy when we call other people to remind them they are late. I think Public Storage needs to implement policy procedures rather than every district making their own. In fact, I don't believe that is the case. But with Kelly and David telling me that is the case, I am left to writing a review in hopes someone above these two will care.
Diane is an awesome attendant and we had a very pleasant experience reserving and renting our space. Will do business with her again.

I had a storage unit for seven years with Public Storage and the unit included a lot of furniture and items that I really treasure. Also, there were some valuable items included in the unit. When I finally got my furniture out of the storage facility, I was very impressed with how clean my unit was and how my furniture was taken care of for that many years. I would highly recommend Public Storage on Gunn Highway to everybody! Very good service and a high quality storage facility!

The folks that run the Public Storage in Shawnee Kansas on Shawnee Mission Pkw just cussed me out. The lady living there was so rude! Her eyes looked like she was on Crystal Meth big time. She really made me feel bad and I've been a good paying customer for years.
Shawn is very pleasant. Her customer service is excellent and she does her best to make sure we get what we are looking for. I like dealing with her because she knows what she is doing and is very helpful. I had a unit there last year and when I needed one today, my first thought was PublicStorage and the Shawn- The very helpful and pleasant manager.-Maria Andrade

It was great the kiera was very sweet and helpful and even though I was not paying attention to the sign she had up saying she was on lunch she still help me with my question so great job kiera and she has great customer service skills
