My storage unit's latch fell apart and the man who identified himself as a district manager, I've later found out that wasn't exactly true told me in essence "too bad" there was nothing he could do about it and it would get fixed when it got fixed. He could not have cared less that my property was totally unsecured and literally said "What do you expect me to do?" He said I could hire somebody to move my things to another unit until mine was fixed then hire someone to move it back to my unit. Mind you I am 71 year old woman with a torn rotator cuff, arm in sling and walk with a cane. He was rudest man I've ever dealt with in my 71 years. He then insisted I leave a key to my lock on this half hanging off latch so people I did not know and did not trust after dealing with him could have free access to my property. I had no choice and when I returned the next morning the woman who normally runs that store could not have been nicer. I'm not using names with this but my letter to the storage company will. I'm not using location because this was only this one man not the location, but it does happen. Where ever this fellow is working now if you experience him report him, he does not deserve to represent this good company.

This review is specifically about PS Store ******* on Lemon Ave in Dallas, Texas. Desiree, Deborah have got to be the two of the most devoted, professional and profoundly underrated, unrecognized employees that PS doesn't deserve. It's employees like these two women that would make ANY organization proud, and a best place to work.

Desiree particularly is ALWAYS helpful, respectful, and courteous and sincerely concerned about being professional and assisting,... much moreso than PS Executive Management - none of which can be connected to by phone nor will or have they ever returned a call.

Whatever PS Executive Management actually values, Desiree particularly should be highly commended and compensated.

Moving is a tedious and overwhelming task, but becomes less difficult when having knowledgeable people assisting you in the process. When I walked into the Public Storage (Lake Buena Ventura) near my home, Lidia greeted my son and I with a big smile. She did not only answer all of my questions, but also provided suggestions, as well as solutions to some of my concerns. Her service and assistance allowed me to make a better decision when choosing my storage unit size and type. Lidia... Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

I had just finished eating out with my 90 year old mother when she became extremely ill. It was after 5:00pm, and we were only by office bldgs. When I spotted PS #******* which is on 610 near Westheimer. I hurridly pulled over, and asked Rasheeda if we could use the bathroom. She was an angel, and helped me get my mother into her wheelchair, and into the building. We were probably in there at least 25 minutes, and she never made us feel awkward or embarrassed. She helped me get my mother back in the car. She turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a pleasant one as possible. She was very kind, and is truly an asset to PS. If she treats strangers like that, I can imagine how nice she is to customers. Thank you again, Rasheeda. You were a life saver!
