As soon as you walk in, your kindly greeted by Jennifer, who has the best down to earth and real personality. She managed to fix all four of my issues in 10 minutes. There are so many good decent storage facility out there that won't screw you over. I rented a unit for 32 days and they charged me two months rent it's absurd you would think they would just charge for two days but not them don't trust them it's not worth it.
DONT YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SO SORRY, THAT ONE DOLLAR FIST MONTH "BS", IS NOTHING, ANDD THOSE CHEAP MONTHLY RATES TO START WITH. WELL IN NO TIME AT ALL, YOUR RENT IS DOUBLED, OR EVEN MORE A MONTH FROM THEM CONSTANTLY RAISING IT EVERY 3 TO 5 MONTHS... COMPANY IS CROOKED, LIERS, CHEATS. TELL YOU, YOU CANT USE THE ELECTRIC OR WORK OUT OF YOUR UNIT, BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS AND CAN DO. MANAGERS EVEN DROVE BY OTHERS DOING IT, OR WALKED BY THEM, SAID NOTHING, BUT MY GOD WE USE IT, THEY RUN DOWN THERE YOU CANT DO THAT... THEY KNEW WHEN I MOVED IN I HAD TO, AND THE MANAGER AT THAT TIME WAS FINE OK WITH IT. YOU USE THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE SO SORRY, RUDE PEOPLE AND THEY WILL COST YOU BIG TIME... I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle Middleton in reguards to my inquiries about storage. Seeing how this is my first time considering storage. Michelle made me very comfortable about the safety of my belongings and the efficiency of the company. Every question I asked, she handled with such care and understanding, considering my concerns. I recommend every company to get them a Michelle Middleton! Great Great Great service!
We got out the stuff delivered but delivery was very poor. Only one person came for the delivery it was taking ages for him to get the stuffs moved into the apartment.We had move some stuffs to our apartment on our own.The only person came for delivery did not have sufficient tools to assemble tables and mattress bed stand. Also i had to pay 25 $ more at the time of delivery which is not mentioned in the bill at all. Few damaged items too.
Too costly as well, Initial quote was 2300$, So that i wont move to other movers and packers, The day before the pick up and gave another estimate to 4000$ and at the time of pick up ended up with 4600$
