The employees at Public Storage from the national reservation representative Michael, to the local Aleks, Shana, and Anthony, are customer service oriented, and I cannot thank them enough for locating one larger unit, which costs less, instead of two smaller units for my sons belongings. They were also willing to fax the rental agreement to enable prompt reimbursement. The coordination between these employees helped to reduce the overall stress that accompanies moving.
I have used public storage quite a bit over the past six months. I would say I have given them thousands of dollars. I recently discovered that someone is paying $200 less than me per month, for the same size space. When I called the location on Burns Road to discuss, they told me I signed the contract. I called the district manager, Andrew. He said the same thing prices fluctuate. I told him it was price gouging. Public Storage told me all the units were the same price when they set me up. They are ripoffs. They do not care whether you're paying $200 more then someone else for the same size space. They will take advantage of you for whatever They can get out of you. They also make you buy their overpriced locks which never seem to work at other public storage facilities.
Mary makes this Public Storage the B E S T! She provided a tour of the new unit, answered every one of our questions, and did all this with a warm smile and humor. 5 Stars!

I stored my daughters brand new furniture for a complete one bedroom apartment, kitchen, bath and living room for just under 2 years while she was overseas and everything was ruined! There was a hole in the roof! The manager blamed it on me because I didn't drive over a thousand miles periodically and check on it. He offered no compensation just read me the terms and conditions. He was smug, arrogant, and pretty nasty. I would not recommend this company to anyone that values their belongings. They do not care one bit about you or your things! They are losers! Do not support this business! My space was in Columbia, South Carolina on River Street. Ugh!
Marissa and Vivi were awesome, they really help me with all my storage needs. Will definitely used Public Storage again because of their assistance.
It was awesome experience, one of employees in Auburn, I think her name is 'Adrian' she have nice smile, so passion, kind and friendly, we are kind of not easy customer i know cuz i work in that service industry. I am definitely recommend more than any storage.

The helpful staff (Shawn and Tiffany) did a great job taking care of all my storage needs. They made the process of renting a unit quick and easy. The carts are well maintained and easy to use. The facility was spotless and secure.

I've been a tenant for about 1 year. My bill suddenly jumped $21 a month. When I stopped at the office and inquired the clerk laughed and said thats the way Public Storage operates. She said if I wanted I could move to a lower priced unit (same size) but it would have to be done in 1 day. I talked with several other customers in the yard and they all said they had experienced the same treatment every six months to a year.
#******* Corey is the best and most courteous gentlemen that helped me get a storage space at the last minute. Thank you so much for above and beyond your customer service after just opening up at 930am. I give Corey 10 stars and the public storage 10 stars and would always refer my friends and family to use them when in need.
