The rate increases remain unexplained. After the first 3 months, the price increased by 30.00 a month. Today I see another 25.00 a month increase. NO One can explain why the rate continues to go up and I dislike the surprise. Its an arbitrary rate increase at best. Its nice to see that the stock went up today.
Ellen at Public Storage ******* was extremely helpful and informative. A very pleasant lady. I do think the prices are getting too high though. I would use Public Storage again though. Hopefully I am through moving, but if Ellen was working I would have no problem renting a unit from her.

Do not go, told us the would prorate and when we went to remove our things they said oops sorry we changed the policy last month and kept our whole month rent 3 days into the new month
I DO NOT recommend Public Storage. They suck you in with the cheapest rates and then you will get an email about 4 months later saying your rates are going up. I rented a 10 x 10 unit for $47/month and received an email from corporate 4 months later that I'm now going to have to pay $55/month. When I spoke to the office manager they said corporate is who decides on rate changes so I called corporate to complain. The lady on the phone listened to my compliant and told me to hold because her manager wanted to speak with me. I waited 2 more minutes for her to transfer me back to customer service! I was so mad and ended up getting transferred to someone's voicemail which I NEVER got a returned call. I will be cleaning out my unit and letting everyone know how they do business. What awful customer service!
I have been a customer with public storage for 14 months. During this time, my rent has increased twice. A total of 40$ more. When I called to customer service, the representative lacked customer service abilities. She Informed me that that's the way it is, and rent will continue increasing. I am very disappointed with this company. No, u aren't doing a favor to me. I am paying in time my rent, and No! I won't stay with ur company, and I am canceling my contract ASAP
Employees are fast and helpful. Distance the public storage on West Florissant are easy to work with and stay on top of the job most importantly they made sure my reservation with complete in open when I return to the building that easy access
Yesterday I helped a young friend to pick up her home furnishings from Public Storage in Alltamonte Springs. The unit was full of rodent droppings and some of the boxes and furnishings had been chewed through. We took everything away as the unit had been emptied but I am now arranging for about twenty percent of her property to be disposed of. This is my first encounter with a storage facility and I can't say that the condition of the place... ceiling looked very grubby and unpleasant, as if there were things hiding in it, and the rodent damage was at all a great introduction to them. However the roads to the units and the exteriors looked very clean and smart, in spite of the rodent traps everywhere. My experience would not encourage me to consider using Public Storage.

Jeannie is right on top of her Public Storage business in Fife, Washington. She walks her property frequently, keeping an eye on all her units. If she has an appointment set up with you, she calls a day ahead to remind and confirm. She's quick with helpful suggestions to make your storage move-in a success. She makes her customers feel confident and safe. I think she's a manager who really cares.
My public storage at Fair Oaks Sunnyvale we like to thanks to Serena who manager their she very nice women to take care and helping, smile and friendly any time when I visit she alway welcome. Very nice storage clean, safety and convenience.
KRISTIN WAS WONDERFUL. Very, very helpful. Andwer all question before I could even ask them. She ensure I knew how to get around the property and how to work the locks. She also was proactive with ensuring i still wanted mu unit.
My Public Storage is in Bellevue, WA, the Factoria area, or *******. I had already visited once re my check that PS had cashed but which did not show as paid. I took in a copy of the check. Jeff was on duty, and he immediately called John, faxed my check to him, and 5-8 minutes later, I left with a receipt of the questioned check payment. I appreciated that Jeff handled my question/problem immediately, was nice and respectful in doing so, and in all, gave me good service. We have hired PS for years, and this "odd check non-payment though cashed" was the first problem we have had with the company. Jeff sent me off a pleased customer. Thanks!

I have rented from other storage units in the past. I have beer had such warm welcoming perfessional service. I felt like I was part of her family. I would higher recommend this location of public storage.

Not happy with my service from public storage. I understand you make more money by deceiving customers. Your dollar special really is not anywhere near the ballpark of what you pay. You should advertise what it is, pay first month insurance, lock if you choose and if after the first a prorated month. Thats what the special really is. You decieve people to make money off them if you were a proper and respected business you wouldn't have to do that. It should be pay your storage rent on the day you recieved it, but you steal from people with your crap way of doing business. Will never recommend you or use your services again being I felt you took advantage of me when I needed the services. So congratulations for taking advantage of another customer and filling your pocket.

Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
