In July, i rented a ******* gulf get webster Texas public storage. When the hurricane happened, all the stored items were damaged. After this i applied for insurance. The insurance company that I was directed to by the storage company was Orange Door. They still didnt pay for the damages. They always embroider me. Never trust this public storage and orange door.

First of all, the facility on ******* Halsted in East Hazel Crest, IL has shortened their gate hours, making it inconvenient for people that work during the day. I can only go to my storage unit on the weekend. The storage fee keeps going up every 2-3 months. I just had an issue where I tried to pay my bill online and accidentally put in the wrong account number and when I called the facility, the person on the phone told me that as long as I didn't get a rejection, it went through and everything is okay. Well it wasn't okay and I tried to tell her that. So I was charged a $25 late fee and a $25 cancelled check fee. The customer service dept. is hard to reach and when I finally did reach them, they were no help. The district manager cannot be reached either. I am currently looking for another facility to store my belongings.

Facility ******* in Melbourne Fl, Dinorah is a great asset to your Company, she is bilingual which that is a big plus and very polite and kind but the best of all professional. She knows how to take care of customers. I met her for the first time and very very helpful and a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend your place now that you have her, since she can communicate with the Spanish customers you have and will have. Very nice lady. The place is clean and they maintain it very well. Not dirty. I have been with this storage place for 10 plus years. I was with them when they had a different name. And now still with them. Never had a problem.
Public storage facility ******* in Westminister CA is managed by Shery. I went in today to make my payments (I have multiple units) She is so helpful it is almost a pleasure to pay my bills
The Occuquan, Virginia Public Storage has the best Manager and employees ready to assist in any thing you need. They make you feel like your neighborhood pals and really right at home. They helped me choose the perfect unit that would fit my needs and wanted to make sure I was going to be satisfied in future months with the unit. I told them I would be back to visit and I will!

I have been at this location with public storage for over 2 years and I've had nothing but great experiences and help with any situations concerning my unit Susan is a very good manager and my only wish is that Susan could work 7 days a week!

I had a great experience at the Antioch TN location. Kaitlyn gave great customer service and found the perfect unit to suit my needs!
I have been with this company for 3+ years, and within the last year it has been disastrous. First my door was broke. The work order took them three whole months to look into it, but not fix it. A bolt was also missing on my door in which they would have noticed prior to fixing the door. Never replaced. Then there were the mice. Insurance is required upon getting a storage unit from them probably for this reason. I was told they set traps but don't spray anything. There weren't any traps in my area. So I had to pay for my own traps. In which case I will be getting reimbursed once I file the insurance claim. If you want a unsecured door, no visible cameras in the area, or mice droppings and urine on your belongings then by all means... but I don't think you do. Stay AWAY from Public Storage. I have addressed them on this matter more than once and nothing has been done.

Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
