I'm going through a horrible divorce from the dastardly Dave. The two young ladies working there had been through similar experiences, but were also helpful in just making me not only find what I needed, but feel that I was in a safe place, with someone that truly cared. Not just about my storage needs, but just me personally. I call that becoming best friends instantly. I've never laughed so much as I did with these two women in a long time. Needless to say, since then, when I've been there, everyone that is a customer that I have seen, always leaves there smiling. If they could bottle their entire staff, I would buy it every day. Shay is awesome! I went to the office to make a payment and it was super busy. There were at least 4 people ahead of me and still greeted me as I came in the door. She was multitasking on both computers and I was out within 15 minutes! Shay is super friendly and you just dont run into people with genuine customer service skills! What a great experience!

I had a storage unit for 4 years. When I was able to remove my belongings, I did it in the middle of the month. I had verbally been told that I would only pay for the days of the month that I had used, and not pay for the days after my belongings had been removed. I wound up having to pay the entire month with no refund. They have been difficult to contact when I needed to call. I would definitely not recommend Public Storage for anyone. Horrible service- a rip off
As my business is mobile, I need a location to have shipments delivered. With the office holding my unit key, shippers can deliver to me 9:30 to 6:00. Chas at the Romero Road location in Tucson was most helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable while we chose the best size, type, and location that would best suit my needs. I have been happy with Public Storage for years.

We need a small storage unit and chose this one due to convenience though there are actually several new units within a couple miles of our home. Looks like a good facility, security, access, all should be fine. Too much pressure to wrongfully tell the customer we need their insurance and make it seem we must choose from one of three insurance options. We have a lawful right to decline their insurance - that can actually add as much as 50 percent cost to the small unit - but Nancy insists to the point of it being high pressure and almost caused me to say forget it and go elsewhere.
Today was the first day that I was able to go into public storage and pay my bill and not feel like I had done something wrong because I paid it a little late thank you TY for being an awesome associate at store *******
Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
