I needed a storage space and as I drove by PS in La Habra, CA I was met with Matthew, Manager and Lynne, asst mgr. Of this La Habra CA location. Both were professional and showed me the right size space I needed. Smooth and easy and very professional.
I made my reservation online, had to wait 2 days to get a unit. The computer system was down. My home flooded, I needed a place to put what little stuff I had left to store. My problem is, I signed a contract for $107.00,4 months later it was increased to $134.00. Called the customer service which took over 30 minutes to get a representative, the rep said usually they do not increase the rate so fast, they could not explain the increase and it was up to the district manager, that he would call me back, never got a call back. So I notice the Public Storage in the areas that flooded have higher storage rates, than areas that did not flood in Houston.
I just rented a unit and the process was easy because of Lindas outstanding help. Linda was extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed to decide on the unit I selected. I unintentionally failed to lock the unit properly and I was immediately notified by the manager. This confirmed to me that this storage staff do check the units as per what you are told they do. Great place and outstanding staff!

I rented a storage unit from Public Storage in Bremerton. Anthony took care of my paperwork. He made the transaction positive and because of him I would definately use this business again. Storage is just that-open space to keep things-and there are a lot of storage areas around here. Anthony has the right people skills to keep customers feeling like they have someone they can trust.
Had some concerns about whether I chose the "right-sized" unit OTP. Got to the facility and Tiwauna put me at ease by showing me several. Eventhough it was freezing out, she was patient, courteous and engaging!

They went over and above to help me find a storage site on my phone and explained how to reserve it. We are here from Michigan and it was so thoughtful of them to take the extra time with me.

NICK provides great service and is, very polite. He reminded me to check my storage room before accepting it.He offers use of the storage lift. The rate was reasonable and the room was dry.the only drawback was an incline to second floor but because he was honest and had me check first before signing, I accepted it.
