This storage company is a ripoff, they offer you the space units at discount price and after 2/3 months almost double the charges and keep raising it. After few months you pay way way more than you think. Very very unfair.

Recently rented a small storage at property # *******. The lady Ms Lena at the counter was very helpfull, she got me got price from her managers for which i am very appreciative.and look forward for a long term renting. Perhaps in future will look for a bigger store place if fairly priced.

I had a locker with public storage in montreal for over 2 years, paid over 4000$, great place clean, well lit, BUT, I had a string of bad luck last year or so, surgery last summer, less work as a result (i'm an independant contractor), and have been behind in my payments for months, always managed to pay just in time, they ;d lock me out every 10th of every month, last month i didn't make it (march 2018), any guesses on my grace period before cutting open my lock and going to auction? Absolutely none, not even a day... you are thieves, plain and simple, we can see now this whole arrangement is designed to produce just this result, as often as possible... then they have the low life gall to try and collect you for the money you supposedly owe them for raping you... this is straight up theft, so be careful, be wary of all the niceties and smiles and happy greetings, cause they're sharks, and they have $#*!in sharp bloody teeth... $#*!ers...
WALKED IN AFTER A LONG TRIP AND MET A LADY NAME OF JESSICA VERY PROFESSONAL, GREAT ATTITUDE AND VERY VERY HELPFULL. JUST WISH MORE PEOPLE WERE LIKE HER IN THE WORKING WORLD. IT WAS A GREAT PLESSURE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH HER. THANK YOU JESSICA U MADE MY DAY ALOT BETTER.
