Public Storage #******* in the Sheveport/Bossier City area provided an excellent experience thanks to Alexis Page. I only used the storage for 3 weeks while I closed on my new home. Alexis was very helpful and knowledgeable. She seemed to know everyone using the facility by sight, was very friendly, always smiled and made sure everyone had their concerns addressed. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone, as long as Alexis continues to work there.
Do not rent from here. They seriously are awful. No response from customer service. All the property management could say was... I don't care that you moved out on time, we'll still send you to collections. Charged me $141 for 10 days of storage... that I wasn't even in the unit. I contacted customer service 3 times... no response. Go somewhere else.
My initial experience with Public Storage was excellent due in most part to Cassi. Cassi is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention her enthusiastic, go-getter attitude. I recommend Public Storage due to their safety measures including, their camera system, the new locking mechanism, they are gated and the fact that they have someone behind the scenes after hours monitoring any trespassers. Human kindness is not extinct here in Scottsdale!. I contacted Brian at the facility at East Desert Cove in Scottsdale, Arizona. He did not have the storage unit I needed so he sent me to another facility that filled my needs. He could have just told me he had no sizes that I preferred but he didn't. He went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. THANK YOU, BRIAN... YOU'RE WONDERFUL AND I WILL ALWAYS GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE FROM NOW ON FOR MY STORAGE NEEDS... BECAUSE OF YOU!

Very helpful and polite. Daleshia was great. The property is very nice and clean. I always feel secure when I am at my unit because of the gate access only entrance. She also provided water for us because it was so hot out

Yesterday, after 35 months of renting three large lockers & after spending over $25,000.00 to this company, I asked the on-site manager if she could give us a 2 day cushion in emptying the third locker as I am disabled and had logistics issues in getting a couple of strong youngsters to finish the job till the weekend. She noted that their company policy would not allow her to do that but because I had been such a valued customer for so long, she volunteered to call her district manager, Dan Frohock, to see if he would authorize an exception. I was filled with optimism for the five whole minutes it took her to return my call. He said no. I then spent three hours trying to speak with anyone in CA at their corporate office in an attempt to find a real person who valued good customer relationships. Those three hours would have been better spent playing miniature golf. Because of this absolute inability of any management personnel to recognize that not only can exceptions be made, but that there are times when it would just be the right thing to do. Now instead, Public Storage has a long time customer who will not endorse them to friends, will not sing their praises and will never do business with them again. But I will devote myself to making sure that EVERYONE I know understands that they should never give any business to Public Storage. It's simply a shame.
(It should be noted that the on-site management, Maryann, cannot be faulted here. It is the completely tone-deaf corporate management who doesn't care about good customer relationships and cannot see the benefit of "word of mouth", even in today's world. It's no longer just the guy on the corner, but we each now have a platform by which to convey thoughts and ideas to others instantly and en mass.)
