I have used PS in the past so it was natural for me to use you again.
Kyara greeted me as I walked in and really knows her stuff! She answered all my questions before I asked them and was able to find me the perfect size unit for my 'stuff'.

Mr ildo and staff was great and entertaining my first business i went to and felt good doing business with.

Nate at 475 capitol ave facility gave such great customer survice. My mom is elderly and handicap and he made the process so easy. He is so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am a new customer of public stoage on stone road in centreville, virginia. The manager Mohammed Ali was very helpful and have great customer service skills.He really made me feel welcomed and at home i will be recommending my friends and famliy to that location.

Jose helped us with our storage unit and he was very helpful. Jose was knowledgeable and friendly. The property of this unit is very convenient for us to retrieve our items because it is close to our house.

I came to inquire about storage after hours and Crystal was on her way out of the lot but she still took time to help me. I did not rent there because I didnt have time to come back due to urgency but she was very helpful.

My experience at this store has been great with the exception of the late fees. Lauren is very, helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. She makes coming there a pleasure. The store is always clean, hallways open & uncluttered, well lit & ample parking.

After moving into a 10 x 5 space at this Public Storage location a few days ago, I am quite satisfied that my property will be safe and secure until I move it into my new home. Carole in the office explained the many choices I had and was quite helpful in guiding me through the purchase of packing materials. The facility often runs specials and it is wise to check online for pricing. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

They are a bit pricey but their customer service is Awesome & they keep the building extremely clean. I love these guys. They're always kind, pleasant, courteous, professional, and they treat you like a family member. I would highly recommend them.

Jodie was very friendly. Very polite and helped us out with the size of the unit. If you need a unit make sure you have Jodie.

Security, however I wasn't sure why I would need to purchase insurance for a 2nd floor inside climate control building.
Anyway I am pleased to be able to store my belongings close by.
